Corndog. Beautiful piece. Steve
Nice work
Corn dog
Beautiful work
Music ruined this video.
Dude, weigh your lathe down , keep it from walking all over the place. Pretty bowl
Haha. Ya it tends to walk a bit. The floor is not very level. That doesn’t help much. Thank you for watching.
Wow that was an epic turn, pity you didn’t core the bowl, you could have made a corn dog then out of the core.
Thank you. I’m saving up of a core jig
Love your work, keep on sharing.
Thank you so much.
Corndog thats a pretty bowl!! Lot of time and hard work went into that bowl
Yes there was a lot of work. Thank you for watching.
Great work!, but lose the music!
Thank you. And I been thinking the same thing.
Wow corndog it's a beautiful piece.
Thank you so much.
Nice bowl, it looks like a great corndog holder. Just sayin.
Thank you.
Fantastic!
Thank you.
Fly.... Beautiful ❤️
Thank you.
Nice combo! Fly!
Thank you so much.
Again another nice set. Instead of “FLY” you could have used catch. My Acks sanding paste in my garage during the summer gets more meaty than yours, yet still works great.
My turning room is a closed in porch at my house. It was closed in with all windows. During the summer it gets pretty hot in there and my Acks has turned to soup before. When that happens I list get a popsicle stick and stir and cool then it thickens right back up. Thank you so much for watching and your support.
Fly
Thank you for watching.
You almost caught it 🤣... The combination of the resin and wood looks fantastic, especially that colour of green 👍 I'll be trying resin at some point, but I'll wait until I have a lot more experience under the belt ... still getting too many catches with the carbide tools, which is bad enough with just wood!
Haha. Catching it would have been amazing. Off camera I ended up sanding the top again. 🤦♂️. With resin it turn a touch below center on the outside. And a touch above center on the inside. Just jump in feet first. Lol. Good luck. Thank you for watching.
Love the way these turned out! I saw that piece fly 😂 Fly
It did go on a little trip. Thank you for watching.
❤❤❤
Thank you. 😘😘😘
I really like the way this bowl is turning out. At 1st I didn't think it had a chance until you used Resin then I could see what it will turn out. Great job 😊😊
Thank you. I have to agree. I didn’t think it was going to work either. Lol. Thank you for watching.
The gold inlay is a nice touch!!
Thank you so much.
Such a beautiful bowl, the gold inlay adds so much to the personality of the piece!
Thank you so much and thank you for watching.
Corndog yeah!
Thank you.
Love the Gold Inlay, more should use it instead of blue.
Thank you. I felt like that bowl just called for gold.
So, you can get Gold Inlay in a bowl without having to feed the guzanos gold dust? Good to know. I love to turn mesquite too. the stuff just has great character. Good job, Terry!
Thank you. Mesquite always amazes me. Thank you for watching.
I wasn't sure how this would look from the beginning, but the gold inlay turned out very nice.
Thank you. I felt the same way.
Gold inlay
Thank you for entering.
That was quite a lot of CA used there, probably cost more than the wood .... gorgeous little bowl 👍
Yes it was a lot of ca. probably should have mixed up some 5 minute epoxy. Would have been a lot cheaper. Thank you for watching.
Was the Gold Inlay a mica powder in CA then other times straight mica powder followed by a CA chaser? Turned out well. I thought people moved to AZ to get away from hay fever and allergies.
Yes it was straight mica with a ca chaser and some with them mixed in a solo cup. Not sure which works better.
When you lose your voice, try some peppermint tea with sugar. It helps me. Gold inlay The bowl came out beautiful.
Thank you. I will try that.
Awesome bowl.❤
Thank you so much. 😘😘😘
Started out pretty rough but ended up great 👍
It was a rough ride at the beginning. I was hoping for a lot better results.
No Hands. Nice bowl! Don't let any turnable wood go to waste.
Sometimes the unturnable makes the best projects. Thank you for watching.
Very nicely done. Thank you for sharing your video. Uncle Jerry
Thank you for watching. It means more then you know
Uncle Jerry
Thank you for entering.
Corn dogs are great. But I don’t think they will smell the same as your shop😅. This is my first time watching your videos. The bowl turned out great.
Thank you so much and thank you for watching.
Gorgeous.
Thank you so much. Thank you for watching.
That came out really nice I think its awesome.
Thank you for the comment
No hands for this
Thank you for watching and entering.
Uncle Jerry will love this
Thank you and he did love it.
Nice bowl that Uncle Jerry should really like.
Thank you so much.
Nice piece. I guess you couldn’t use No Hands when you made this bowl.
Haha. Nope. Had to use my hands a lot. Lol
No Hands ... Thanks for sharing your work. Your results are great!
Thank you and thank you for entering.
Great piece.
Thank you so much.
Looks great! No hands
Thank you for entering and the great comment
I love the richness of the colour of this wood and the grain, which together with all the natural imperfections, turned out beautifully ... I agree with the comment below about not using resin this time, sometimes less is more 👍
Thank you so much. I wish I could take all the credit for this one but it was mostly the wood.
No hands (I’ll pay postage to Australia if I win)
Haha. Ok. Sounds good. Thank you for watching.
Roots are always rough, dirt, pebbles and gnarly grain. You mastered it though with No Hands.
It was a rough turn. Thank you for watching.
I'm so happy that you did not use epoxy that's a beautiful Bowl
Thank you. It was screaming epoxy several times. Lol
Beautiful!!
Thank you so much. 😘😘😘
