Thinking about a world I had where I built a cute little cottage I was really proud of. Made a ground lava fire place then went to strip mine for a while. Came back and found my house had burnt down. I felt like an idiot. Still do sometimes.

Every time I heard a Volume Alpha track peak through after stage 2, it brought out emotions I didn't really know I was capable of feeling. The feeling of intense familiarity and nostalgia, but distant enough that you can't even be sure if it was real in the first place... it's haunting that something so beautiful can become almost mournful just by remembering what it once was. This is an incredible album, and as far as I'm concerned, it lives up to the legacy of Everywhere handily.

I never forgot my first world, because i saw my brothers play ti this game so mutch before i can play it by myself that i saved it forever. It was the first versions of the game, where the inventory wasn't organised in category, and when villagers can steal blocks as the endermans do. I appeared in a jungle, my pc was very low to charge the biome and the rain was terrible. But i still had fun to explore the jungle, and follow ocelots because it looked like cats to mini-me. Then, i came out out of the jungle and found a little village. I decided to built my first home in the village to have some friands, with jungle wood, my house was pretty good for a first one. I was proud. I got back to my exploration, and when i came back later the villagers had steal a lot of my blocks, i could see that they had placed **my** blocks of jungle wood at random places in their village. I was very angry and destroy the village. I don't remember anything else from that first experience, i don't even know what happened to that world :/

im listening to this version because i cant stomach the original without feeling sick. All my great grandparents had dementia, which means my parents most likely will as well. and if they both get dementia- then my fate is as good as sealed. I always thought dementia would just be like forgetting. I figured you might forget who you are and the people around you, but you'd feel fine. I never realized or thought about how terrifying it would be to feel everything you remember slip away. Im scared.

It's sad for me when I start hearing the parts being played over itself x3 and some other parts being spliced and moved somewhere else. Kind of scary when I realize how that's how I've been hearing the memories of Sweden and Aria Math accidently played over each other. I can try to pick them apart but it gets worse, my sister developed short term memory as a kid and it still remains with her. Even though we both have terrible memory she seems to always get it excused as short term memory and me just being irresponsible. I hope they are right.
