"there was a time in minecraft when you didnt need lapis to enchant" I would tell my kids. They won't believe. They never will. To them, my mind is gone. A shadow of the man that raised them and brought forth their life. In my hospital bed I languish. Despite them being by my side, I am alone. Desperately trying to connect. "Roblox used to give out tickets to players everyday for free."
When they can't stand anymore of me, they tell me it's nap time. I'm not tired, but i let them have their way. Closing my eyes, I hear their steps slowly fade away. The door gently shuts. I am alone.

None of them believe me when I say how dark the night would get. Seven blocks away from a torch and you’d be absorbed by the darkness. they kept trying to correct me but I know minecraft like the back of my hand, and yet I’m bewildered when I play the game and see colors I don’t recognize. I see blocks and monsters and animals that I’ve never seen before. I see chunks of meat in the corner. I don’t understand. it was all so clear. I tried to find the game I played back in the day but I could never find it. All I have left is a game I don’t even recognize.

back in 2015 I used to frequent this minecraft server where me and my online buddies would just goof around in. We called our little gang "lunchmoney", after a brief naming session where someone suggested it as a joke, but it stuck. We were all from south east asia, so our time zones weren't very far apart which meant we could schedule when to play with each other. Other people rarely joined the server so we had it all to ourselves. I remember building huge castles, always with that industrial kinda look to it since I used Iron blocks. One of my friends even got admin perms on the server since he "donated" to the host.
We played, 4 times a week for almost a year. But I remember one day the server just.. shut down. I couldn't connect to it anymore, despite trying a hundred times. That's when it all came crashing down. My dumbass didn't ask for any of my friend's socials. We just played at around the same time and talked using the server's chat. Now that the server's gone, I couldn't meet them anymore.
In desperation, I joined large servers at around the same time I usually join the old server, hoping to find them. any of them, atleast just one. I never found any of them.
It's been 5 years since, I haven't played minecraft in a hella long time, I've made new friends whom I share lots of happy memories with. But everytime I watch a minecraft vid on youtube I'm reminded of the time I've spent on that forgotten minecraft server, with people I knew but at the same time didn't. Building things that will never see the light of day again. I like to imagine that, somewhere, in some random hard drive, someone saved the world just before the server went offline, and now explores an exciting plane with thousands of creations, wondering who the hell would spend so much time making all this stuff
That "who" would be me, and the lunchmoney crew.
edit 15/10/2021 : ShiRaiTou, Goof(or Goov)Ball, Lololgamer, Haikal0123, KubalaiKK, (Forgot first part of name)Tari, danitdm, Farhadbijak, AGoodMeal, and UmpaK, It's Toostew. I'm desperate. I've lost you that day but I refuse to forget what we went through. The things we built, the stupid jokes, the infinite number of overworld days spent on that server. You guys mean so much to me. I'd give anything to meet you all again. Please. Just one more time. Atleast so I can know how you're doing. If any one of you is out there, please contact me. my discord will always be open, promise.
    (discord link removed)
edit 22/5/22 : After a short lapse, I am continuing the search for my friends. I have not given up yet.
edit 28/8/22 : Hi everyone. Toostew again. I came back to this post after someone commented asking about the status of my search, and unfortunately I have to report that I can no longer continue it. I've recently scored very well in my SPM (malaysian college entrance exam) and have gotten a full scholarship for a 2-year International Baccalaureate(IB) program. Because of this, I've decided to focus on my education rather than continue this search which I now believe to be impossible to complete. Though I admit I've once said over a year ago that finding them was the most important thing for me, year-ago-me didn't have a scholarship to worry about. So now, I'm trying put it all behind me. No more looking for answers. No more searching an empty ocean. If my memory serves me right, my minecraft friends definitely wouldn't want this for me, They would've wanted me to focus on myself, and my future, rather than chase ghosts from my past. It's time to look forward.
I'm sorry this story ends here, but I truly believe it's for the best. Writing this edit made me tear up (Fuck it, I lied, I cried alot.). All that effort, all that time invested just to learn anything about my minecraft friends, all were in vain. Despite a large part of me feeling great that I've been mostly successful in putting this behind me, a tiny part wishes I could still go back to them. To those days. despite knowing very well it's not possible. atleast for now. All I can hope now is that the rest of the lunchmoney crew are happy, healthy and successful wherever they are.
To sum it all up, I can definitely say the hardest part of this journey wasn't finding them, It was letting them go.

Before my grandma passed away last year we always bonded over silly things. She was super childish in the funnest way possible. She had been suffering from dementia and didn’t have much time with me left. For about four years we played Minecraft. I know that sounds strange but she was absolutely captivated by it. She laughed every time she would see an animal or flowers. She didn’t really do much outside of look at the animals and scenery but she enjoyed all of it. One thing she always said was how soothing the music was. Sometimes she would just leave my iPad open on Minecraft so she could listen to the music while she knitted.
One of the last things to go in dementia is the memories of music. I can’t help but wonder if this is what her mind sounded like while trying to remember the music in the game.
Thanks for being my best play buddy Gram Janet :)

I'm 16 now, I've been playing minecraft since I was 9. I remember the first server I went on, I made lots of new friends who were online everyday. But I made my first real bestfriend on there. He introduced me to Undertale. Those years were the worst growing up, but he made them worth while and fun, he gave me a reason to get out of bed and want to live to see the next day. The server had to close, it was a small server so everyone knew each other and it was sad for all of us, but him and I moved to a different server and continued on from there. Then my computer stopped working. I couldn't get ahold of him. I cried endlessly, my depression and suicidal thoughts worsened. He was like a little brother to me, we were so close. Once I got a new computer, I was so excited to see him again. I saw he had been online a few days ago, no biggie, I'll just wait. I waited for days, then months. I found his discord through the website for the old shut down server. We talked, but I soon realized that he had moved on, he found another friend on a server. We last talked on september 15. "Night! Hope to talk to ya tomorrow!" ..He never responded after that. I then lost some of my friends that I've known since 3rd grade, I was almost as close to them as I was to him. My depression got so bad, I had attempted 4 times by then. Years have passed, more attempts, more friends. I'm now on medication for depression and anxiety and have been in an outpatient mental hospital twice. I've gotten better and my last attempt was in 2019. My dog died in a freak accident which was my fault so that caused me to spiral, but I'm still alive so that's a plus. Early 2020 I got into Danganronpa and while role playing, I met this really funny guy. We talked more and more, voice called, video called, played different games, hell he just shot me a message half way through typing this. He's my best friend, I don't know what i'd do without him. He's helped me without even knowing it. But I'm scared, I'm so scared he's going to forget about me, want nothing to do with me, and eventually leave without saying a word. He's super funny, witty, quick on his feet, fun, smart, and overall amazing. I'm not funny, a bit slow in the mind, and my sense of humor is strange and makes people uncomfortable. I almost forget to mention that the old server reopened. A lot is the same, but a lot is different. That would've been fine, but nobody is on. Ever. Not even the owner. I log on and just wander around, "This is where we used to fish" "This is where we used to battle to get into the cake room" and so on. I haven't shared any info about any of this before, so It's nice to get it off my chest. Nobody I've mentioned and nobody I know will find this comment. I don't care if people read this, I just want it out. I want my story out there. Of how Minecraft made my life so much better, and how it ruined it. There are always pros and cons.

      finally, someone mentions it!
it's a shame that when people think of c418, they just think of "very relaxing video game music". while i do agree he's really good at that, there are other works made by daniel that carry very contrasting tones than sweden or wet hands, like the nether tracks, or his 2017 album "excursions"
the track "the end" hits hard. it genuinely felt like an homage to caretaker. very distorted, unrecognizable noises will be carrying you for most of the track. the few noises that you _do_ recognize are parts of songs from the overworld -- the tracks you've heard the most. they're not anything too obvious, but they're recognizable enough for you to point out.
and then it hits you with sweden. again, still very distorted, and legible enough to be recognized. but this time, it's actually somewhat clear. it's actually playing the song. slowed down, distorted and played in a different key. it's genuinely tear-jerking if you listened to it all the way thru. what an amazing piece of work.
      tl;dr
      c418 music good

Being new to minecraft is one hell of a unique experience. I joined back in 1.6.4, but didn't give survival a fair shake until the glorious 1.7 update came out. I can still remember distinctly the first world I truly played in.
I was lucky enough to spawn next to a village. It was incredibly small, only really having 3-4 buildings. There was a single road, in the shape of an L. There was a blacksmith at the bottom of the L, one of those "huts" on the inside corner of the L, and on the outer long side of the L, there were (if I remember correctly) two larger building, a library, and I think the "butcher" (the building with a fenced in back yard)
The Village was situated in a wide-open plains biome. The only other biome I remember for sure was the Jungle, which was about 80-100 blocks behind the village (you got a great view from the back of the library and butchers).
There are only a few memories I have of this world. I made a small little quarry behind the village "hut" so that I could build my own village house, but out of stone. When digging that quarry, I found my first proper cave, and equipping my freshly made iron pick, I ventured down into the cave. At lava level, the cave began to spaghetti off into other caves, so the lava lake "room" was vast and interesting. I actually found my first Redstone there, although I didn't know what it did. Unfortunately, I didn't find any diamonds in that cave, and hoping to not get lost, I ended that adventure there, returning to the surface to finish my house.
The only other memories I have of this world are of a quick playthrough in creative mode. I wanted to experiment with diving into lakes using the jungle trees and their vines. I was a bit disappointed to see the vines in the jungle hadn't grown yet though. I then experimented with eyes of ender, just to see where the stronghold was. The eyes led deep within the jungle and to a picturesque lake. Beneath that lake, surrounded entirely by jungle, was the stronghold.
Sadly, this is all I remember of the world. It was on an old computer, that has since died. And even taking the old world files off the hard drive, I'm pretty sure young me deleted the world long ago. I got pretty tired of scrolling through so many world, so I purged most of my new worlds library, unknowingly killing many of my memories, and one of my favorite old worlds with it.

I don't fear death. If it comes, I am ready to accept it and move on to the next world. But this scares me. If I have one true fear in this world, it's this. Just the thought of becoming a lifeless husk of my former self, clinging to the shattered remnants of my memories, it's just *horrifying...*

"Trying to remember your first world"
This one got me and made me cry. I played my first world with my dad and we had a lot of fun together. I remember that our first house was interresting, it was some dirt blocks above the ground and there was water over it that we never removed, the water was always falling and making water sounds.
We also had a house in a near
beach with pumpkins over it, I don't remember how to get from one house to another, but I remember the houses. I also remember the first time we saw rain in the game, it was also raining in real life and it was a remarkable memory.
For some reason, eventually, I started to play Minecraft alone in other worlds. I still play games with my dad, but I don't even play Minecraft anymore. I don't know what happened to my first world, was it lost during some PC change? What about the other worlds that I played and passed so many hours in? I could try to find my last one in the Files, but... Would I still want to play it? Would the new updates corrupt it in an unplayable mess?
In that first lost world, did I replaced the crops from the beach house last time I played? Would I recognize the path to my houses, or to my own mine? I don't even know how my mine looked like. How many diamonds... How many trees... Was there a wolf? Probably not, but I don't know. I don't know anymore.
Sometimes I remember some glimpses of that world and it always fills me with happiness and nostalgia. Such a good and weird feeling. But I cannot remember everything, and I wonder how were the memories that I forgot.
Thank you for this video, it's beautiful in its own way, like those precious memories that we all hold close to our hearts.

I had to pick my courses for my senior year of high school today but I still have no idea what I'm doing after that. I'm laying here in my dimly lit room in the basement letting a tear roll down my cheek whenever the next song starts. My parents are watching a movie together and belive it or not my younger brother is playing minecraft with his friends on my old account. How I wish to be young again, I'm not even that old and yet I long for the "good old days". My life is genuinely pretty good but I still can't help but cry because I want to go back when life was even better. I want to go back to a time when school was just a place to see friends and didn't actually matter, when the worst day ever meant you got lost in minecraft. I'm so sad that I wasted so much time from my childhood, sad that I didn't use up every last second of it and yet some day I will look back at this moment and wish I spent it differently too. Life is only getting harder and the things that bring me joy are only getting left farther behind or becoming even more unreachable as I think I'm coming closer.

I remember my first world pretty well because it was the demo version from 2010 on pc with the 2 chests at spawn, a secret chest if you dug straight down also at spawn with flint and steel, a mountain to the right that had some iron in it (we would mine into the mountain since we didnt know how to make houses at the time), a lava lake a little ways into the forest in front of spawn, and an ocean behind spawn. Beyond that my brothers and I didn't do much exploring. But we did eventually try to make a nether portal using the lava lake, water, and a bucket like 15 times. The amount of times we played that 3 day trial before we finally got the full game around fall or winter time. And we found one crazy way to play together where one of us would control the mouse while the other controls the keyboard and of course that got complicated since there were 3 of us. But yeah, good times

6:23 "Trying to remember your first world", huh? It's funny, I still remember my first world to this day. Some of the details are obviously fuzzy since it was so long ago, but it was nice to remember. It was a Creative world, back when Minecraft's Demo was just a F2P version of the main game with some restrictions. I was using that demo, and my first world was notable for my very first build. It was a very poorly made small house, composed entirely of wooden planks, back when Oak Planks were the only type of plank in the game. It's dimensions were 3 or 4 blocks high, 3 blocks wide, and 5 blocks long, counting the blockspace the walls occupied. Very cramped, but I was a little kid back then. I didn't pay much attention to taking playersize into account for my structures unless neccesary. It's still something I fondly remember, especially a very specific image I can still recall accurately. It was of me standing outside my house, which was placed in the middle of the forest, looking at it and the poorly made fountain I built next to it using the same materials, as torches lit up the area under the night sky, proud of my work, even if it was way out of league compared to what I can make nowadays. The fact that "Sweden", the poster track for Minecraft, is the song distorted here really aids with the feeling that title gives off. It's a nostalgic song, most likely the first track one heard in the entire game, so of course it would represent your beginnings in this journey. Your first tools, your first house, your first diamond ore, your first trip to another dimension, your first attempt at the Ender Dragon, and so much more. This song has likely been with you throughout your entire journey. And look where we are now. We may have strayed from the original vision of the game, but that's not a bad thing, not at all! Even with all these new superfluous features, they are still used in a way that preserves what made the game last so long, and in turn, allowed "Sweden" to stay with you all these years. Even if you have aged to the point where your body deteriorates, even if those thoughts in your head are just burning memories, destined to fade away, that feeling of nostalgia and fondness that has accompanied you throughout your Minecraft journey will never, ever fade away completely. Even when there's nothing but static in your head, that oh so familiar melody of a soothing piano and ambience will continue to make itself known. It may be for a brief moment, but no memory is ever truly gone.

  • @l.a.b.industries

The year is 2070. As you lie awake in your hospital bed, you think back to what your life entailed. Sure, of course there was some bad, but there was a lot of good too. You think back to when you were a kid/teen/young adult, and still had the time to play video games. You try to remember your first world you ever made, the first time you ever mined diamonds, but the memories are fuzzy, as reality and virtuality collide. You strain your mind to find what you lost way back when. Then, just as you are about to lie your head back down and close your eyes, you see it again. The world loads in around you, each chunk exactly the way you left it. You look down, and there sits your pet dog, barking happily to see you. You remember it all. The house, the farm, the fenced-in sheep, the nether portal. You smile, as you watch it all again, although you will never be back, you look around at the house you made from a TH-cam tutorial, and close your eyes. You can rest. Life is finished. Time is passed. Just like a stuffed animal that is simply made of fabric, Minecraft is truly nothing more than pixels on a screen, but just like your favorite toy, it isn't the composition that makes it special.
    It's the memories.
Don't waste your time. Spend it making memories.
Hang with your friends, read a good book. Hold the world in an open hand, knowing that just like a Hardcore world, once you die, there's no going back, and you can't take it with you.
Love the people around you. Treat them kindly.
Don't forget why we're here to begin with, and when you finally slip away, you can be truly at peace.
As you log off for the last time.
    Forever.
    Rest easy, friend.
    Rest.

Me and my best friend both started high school this year, so we had to follow different paths.
One of the first ever interactions we had between each other was in 6th grade, when he took all of his courage and asked me if I wanted to play mc with him. We spent a good bunch of time together during the following years, and he was a really good companion during the first lockdown.
He unfortunately decided to left the game since in his opinion it got ruined (I don’t blame him for thinking so, only videos like this give me hope that mc isn’t completely lost). Listening to this album made me think of all the good times we had together, and all I can say is that I wish him all of the best. Also, Kirby and C418 are my two favourite musicians of all time, so I really appreciate this album.

Since everyone is writting their experience, I want to write mine for those listening while reading.
I got to know minecraft in 2011 but I couldn't play it because my parents wouldn't let me play any videogames until I was older, but they forgot about that rule and decided to buy me the game in 2012,(but for some reason it never came until december 2013)
While I waited for the game, I played with my cousin, everyday at his house, that summer was awesome, but he got older and didn't want to play kid games anymore. I played it alone for a whole year in console and in PC because I was very insecure and didn't have many friends.
One day I joined a Skywars teams game and my teamate wanted to do a skipe call, I decided to fight my social fear and join the call, he was also very shy, we played everyday and became good friends, it was a rough time in my life and kids in my school wouldn't make it any easier, but at the end of the day I got to play with him a bit and that made me happy.
But he started getting tired of minecraft we talked less and less, by that time I made friends in real life and online so I didn't worry as much but in 2016 we joined a call and we were planning on ending an adventure map, as you could imagine we never talked again.
I tried to contact him thru every posible social media but he didn't reply to my messages, I owe him so much if it wasn't for him my life would have been miserable and lonely, thank you so much Zonix / Broken_ties

    @finnker9879 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

In case anyone still cares almost one and a half years after this videos' release, here's my thoughts on it.
Minecraft has made a noticably large part of my childhood. At the moment of writing this comment I am fifteen years old. I'm not entirely sure when I started playing minecraft, but I got my first PC at my tenth birthday and I played pocket edition before that. Listening to this piece and thinking about the time when I actively played Minecraft loosely brings back memories. Minecraft is the game that I played with my first real friends in elementary school who I'm not in contact with anymore. That time is when I enjoyed video games the most; now, I barely enjoy them at all anymore and the main reason I play them is because playing games all day when I was very little formed this sort of addiciton and I simply don't really have any other hobbies. All these aspects and possibly the fact that I easily get in a melancholic mood when confronted with stuff from the past that I can't fully remember (my memories of Minecraft are already fading and it's painful) made me really sad listening to this.
I have a nephew who is currently eleven years old and loves minecraft. Watches tons of youtube videos on it, plays it with his friends and with his dad, owns tons of minecraft-themed board games, plushies and so on, you get the idea. It makes me feel really good thinking about one day, a couple years in the future, when I will already have moved on from Minecraft, he will feel the same emotions over it as I and you guys do.
Memories fading is a strangely creepy thing.

Playing Minecraft while listening to this really changes up how I play. I usually mine in caves and do stuff on a linear path, but I found that I usually go aimless and hope for the best while listening to this. Music has one hell of an effect on people, this is some serious proof of that.
Also, I'd absolutely love if someone would make a mod that replaces the original Minecraft music with The Caretaker/this song, and make it customizable and such. I'd do it, but I have the coding abilities of a drunken shrew-

This album is based onThe Caretake's "Everywhere at the end of time" which is exactly that, a musical portrayal of the diferent stages of dementia...it is really fascinating but i wouldn't reccomend it unless you are ready to experience some heavy stuff, then again if you really listened to this vudel until the very end perhaps you may be interested on what inspired it in the first place... I remember my first Minecraft world, when I was 7, I had built this birch wood shack that was 2 blocks tall, back then I'd try to find diamonds by going to bedrock level, hell, my first goal wasn't even diamonds, it was to get an anvil

  • @universal_wisdom3416
    @universal_wisdom3416 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I had 2 survival worlds. The first was my first ever Minecraft experience. I put quite a decent amount of hours into that world. Accumulated around 40 diamonds, and mined a spider web tunnel that I planned on putting a tower in the center of. I tamed a wolf named Maximus, and got him a girlfriend named Lucy. I still remember when Maximus almost drowned and I dove into the water like a lifeguard and placed dirt blocks around him so he could climb himself out. It still makes me laugh just thinking about it, because I was so scared of losing him. Even though it would be inevitable. Everything was perfect and I even made my own nether room where I planned on putting the tower. I took a break from Minecraft to play other games and forgot about it for a while. I returned 7 months later to build my nether tower, but the world became corrupted while I was away and I couldn’t do anything to bring it back… I remember staring at the screen for about an hour trying not to let it ruin my day. But the separation anxiety was tearing me apart. I started my second world and built a castle into the mountainside, I had a ladder shortly outside the castle walls to take me down to my new mine. It was the most explorative out of the two saves, leading me to 5 separate biomes not too far away from my spawn point. I tamed a new wolf named Benny, he was an absolute unit and my over-protective best friend. I built a farm with cows, sheep, and pigs. I had my own massive garden where I grew my food. I even made an egg farm with some chickens. I built a pond that lead to an underground lake lit up brightly with glowstone for the axolotls that I caught. It hurts my chest to think about all their cute faces coming to greet me when I visited the home I made for them. I had my first set of netherite armor in this world as well. I found a village that I planned on building a wall around and putting a keep in the center. Then I took another break before the construction within the village and was gone for around 5 months this time. I returned to see where I left off, but I received the same notification again that my world was corrupted and couldn’t be saved. I was destroyed. Minecraft was my escape when I was down and depressed about feeling alone and unwanted. I didn’t have the patience to do that all over again, and I painfully accepted it as my last Minecraft experience. It’s not about the journey, it’s about the memories you gain along the way. And I think I can find peace in the fact that I’ve had my fill of memories in Minecraft. I just hope those axolotls are living their best life in the home I made for them. I hope Maximus and Lucy are happily enjoying each other’s company, and I hope Benny would understand that I’d never abandon him on purpose. Every time I listen to Minecraft music I see the faces of all the friends I made during my journey. I remember the sadness that I felt slowly slipping away with each song. Most of all, I remember the ups and downs through it all.

Nostalgic af, i luckily recently got to explore all my old worlds, even one from back in like 1.2 that I played with my dad. But i also got to play on a bunch of others from 1.5 and 1.6.4 including my first creative world that was a massive tower with many different shapes and levels to it. There were also a few dogs in that world and I just realized that they had been sitting there for so long for me to come back. They had been there to watch me build this big tower the entire time and then were left sitting there for years, I can't even let them walk around now for some reason, maybe a glitch in transfers from computers? There were also a bunch of other worlds that I did and didnt remember but those 2 hit me the most.

early 2000's minecraft was such a simpler time, getting creeped out exploring jungle temple, mining in the caves, hunger games was still relevant, and all the people you met along your infinite journey in the infinite world of minecraft (also the rats in the end portal room).

2014, probably August, 8pm. There was a party for one of my parents' friend's birthday in my house. I was at my dad's apartment (my parents were separated but lived in the same building block), playing minecraft on his ps3. Superflat world, creative, I built a house made of wood and put every single decorative block in it. Then I started adding layers to it. First a bathroom, then an enchanting room, then a kitchen, and so on until I reached the build limit and made an attic out of glass blocks, lit up with Jack O'Lanterns. Then the days kept going, and I kept building. A prison for villagers, a giant mushroom field, a farm with every animal in it, a "lake" that existed only because I didn't know how to remove water blocks in creative, an Herobrine Altar, and the list goes on, all connected with gold block roads and all lit up with Jack O'Lanterns. I loved that world, my father would watch me play and compliment me on my builds, and to this day I prefer playing creative over survival. Fast foward to 2016, my dad sadly passes away thank to an aneurysm (or whatever you call them in English, I don't really speak the language that well). I stopped using that Ps3 all toghether, and left it in our basement when we moved houses. One month ago I remembered that world, and I decided to play in it. I picked up the Ps3, turned it on, and put the disk (I still had it, I will never leave that disk, one day I'll probably frame it) inside. I joined the world, still in mid air, still with Jack O'Lanterns, gold blocks, an Ender chest and a Steve head in my hotbar. I looked around, I explored that old world that layed dormant from 2016, and I cried. They weren't tears of sadness, let alone joy, they were just tears. I was overwhelmed with memories of my father, of my childhood, of the hours that I spent on that world building and improving. My dog was still in the house, on the last floor. The villager I put in the kitchen was there too. The iron golems in the arena were there too, and so were the animals, the villagers in the prison and the ones in the mushroom field, as were my childhood memories, still there, still alive. Today I'm 17, many things have changed since then, my mother found herself another man, and he's cool. My sister now lives alone with her boyfriend, and he's cool too. I, personally, changed a lot since those days, a real lot. But that world lies there, unchanged through the years, still the same after all this time, as is Minecraft's core. Yes, they added many things over the years, but at the end of the day, Minecraft remains that old blocky game that everyone loves and that everyone has played at least one time in their life.
Thanks for reading the ramblings of an Italian 17 year old, and I wish you all the best.

I remember my first minecraft world. It was creative, pocket edition. There weren't many monsters at the time anyway. I remember being really excited after first seeing sheep. I made a little pen, and led them in with wheat, which my uncle had told me you could do. I bred them until I had a large amount of them, and I began to trek through the world, with little purpose but to act as a shepherd to my sheep. I remember having so much fun, leading my flock of sheep through mountains, to new fields, as I liked to pretend that they would need new pastures to graze on. One day I left that world for good, and never came back. I miss it. I wish I could visit it just one last time.
