I have a box and book for super metroid <3 The box is a little worn, but its so cool to have that. I've emulated it before but nothing beats owning the physical game and consol.

If i had a runner on 1st and 3rd I would bait them into throwing and do cat and mouse until I scored as long as it was fast runners.

I remember when I figured out the same thing when I was a kid. I think I was like 8 or 9 when I got the game.

You're using all the glitches (the bunt for a hit thing, the egregious balls outside)...must have been so fun to play......

I pitched a ridiculous amount of one hitters in this game including several into the 9th, I didn’t think it was possible to actually get the Nono/perfecto (really the same thing in this game since walks never happen and there’s no errors) against the computer

In the 1980's commodore 128 had a baseball game called Hardball, all had two artificial teams and names, but to throw a no hitter, you either throw high and in or far outside and the computer wiffs

Another cool thing to note about Red Brinstar's theme is that the melody is largely based on the Major Pentatonic scale which is commonly used in Eastern music.
