Modern army - Flying armored death machines, invincible 30 ton tanks that shoot explosive rounds and go faster than their horses, intercontinental ballistic missiles that are capable of precisely destroying a target from the other side of the Earth and I haven't even mentioned nukes. They would think we are aliens.

This video never gets old, and the attention to detail in that show is astounding. It's the only piece of media that I have seen that portrays the content and deployment of paratroopers, communications, and coordinated assets on the battlefield.

So those medieval people entered the modern world through a portal in japan. after attacking some Japanese citizens japan decided to unleash their entire military to decimate the invaders.

Doesn't matter how strong of a warrior you are, how many beasts you have slain and how many epic mounts you have. That glorious sword of yours ain't gonna do shit against an AC-130! You go against a .50 BMG you're smoked. Go against a gunship, you're fucked. Go against a jet fighter, better think about what you're gonna tell your god, cause you'll meet him in a flash. Nice to see an animation where reality is real and no sword wielding warriors annihilate everything in their path, because they trained a lot. Guns are deadly. Guns in the sky are even worse.

in order to eliminate 1000 medieval troops the USA military would need a dozen men 2 max with elite spec ops teams like seal team 6 the only weakness would be running out of ammo without a supply route but unlikely due to aircraft being able to quickly resupply them with out ever touching the ground
