10K calories is super easy to do. Especially if you eat smart to achieve it. All you need to do is stick to carbs, they are the highest in calories and least filling over time. Just as an example of how to achieve 10K quickly, not the best example but a simple 1 is fried rice. Average portion of fried rice from a takeaway is roughly around 850 calories and that stuff wears off fast
