Crazy Rust on 1951 Chevy Suburban Hotrod Build

In this video I show you how horrible this 1951 Chevy Suburban build is going. I tear out the plywood floor and get ready to replace the wood. I show you all the terrible patches the previous owners had put on this project. I fix the rusted out bed supports with some metal I have laying around. I show you how to modify some electrical parts to work on this old 6 volt system. I also show you the way I am going to modify these old fenders to hopefully not rust out as much in the future.

In this video I show you how bad the rust is on these old suburbans. Im trying to build the cheapest classic hotrod build I can at home. I pull all the parts out of the dash so I can modify the dash. I also show you my plans to fix the rust in the back along with getting the plywood floor ready. This truck is going to be cheap with a 292 straight 6 along with a sm465 manual transmission.
