how much did it cost?
Nice job without going overboard damn nice fish😂
No shot you got that van for $1,000. Straight cap brother
looking at a $2000 1980 chevy g-30 sports van. 85k miles on it and is driven daily by current owner. would you recommend or should i go more modern with higher miles? thank you!
Criminally underrated video
Where did you get those front seats?
Wind wings are the best
Are they 15x8 or 15x7 tires?
I had an 88 G20. She'd book. We could run 80 on the interstate and it was smooth as butter. I had another G-20 that would have you sweating at 60. Just depends on the van.
Awesome
Nice Build ! You have all the comforts and not much can give you trouble.
No offense, my friend. This insulation b******* is basically what it is b*******You don't to insulate the Van. It does make a difference when it's winter. It's as reason in there. It was hot. It is hot in there. It makes no difference whether you insulated or not makes no difference at all.
I wouldn't know sinc either haven't truly tested it. I know the insulation definitely traps warm air in, which helps in the winter but you're right, it'll do the same in the summer. I think alot of people do it because cooling a van with an A/C or fan is easier and cheaper that installing a heater.
@@marcienne2775 You could be right, but I don't know cause my compliment is fully insulated and there is a kind of difference but it's not fully a difference. You know summer time, it is hard as hell in there in the wintertime, it is cold and freezing if I don't put a heater on of course and I live back to my Van part-time I have a base and everything cause I don't wanna live app my mind full-time pop times good enough but each. Day on though, but you know I see some other channels able to keep saying that insulate the event and I was after the bunk. That it doesn't really make a difference, not really does it help a little bit more than a Van with no installation. I don't know cause I bought a new Van. Another man and 1999 and it has windows in it and it has no intellection. And it feels the same as my other van..
Just yeah, well, I definitely agree with that. I tell people all the time make your own Van oh campaign. Don't follow these TH-cam channels with these manlife. Fools, and by they used Van. Make your own the laptop cheaper. And this way is unique because it's designed to your specification.
This is the most unhinged van tour I've ever watched 😂😂
The hell? Are they really that cheap in the US? The exact same Chevy in worse condition costs around 15k in Germany.
They've gone up in price since people are flipping them. I've even seen ads these days saying "stock chevy van, ready for a van life flip" and listed for $6K. Kelly Blue Book is a random standard price reference we use here in the U.S, these vans aren't worth more than $2K
Follow up vid? Good memes btw 🤣
Sold back in 2021
Liked because you made me laugh within 2min. Great Job!
How did you mount the iPad? Is that universal bracket?
Amazon purchase universal tablet mount
We just finished our conversion in our vintage GMC van! We did a very simple build and can't wait to hit the road! You did an amazing job!!! 💙Terry and Terri
Thank you
LOBILLOS MUSICAL DE DURANGO…
what did you do for the front by your feet? carpet or metal?
I kept it metal!
Fantastic and its Automatic!
Just got mine! Thank you for the video! Let's gooo
Nice built bro. Looks fun. I love these older GMC & Chevys they practically bullet proof. I'd just advice to use conventional oil over synthetic. These older motors DO NOT like synthetic thin oil. Thicker 5w-30 or 10w-40
Leaving... gotta go... was here for how to poop in the van.
vanlife4ever!
How’s it holding up 2yrs later
I sold it! Hopefully still rolling the streets
i have same van but older definitely doesn’t top out at 65
Damn good looking build!
“It’s like I’m reentering the atmosphere,” 😂😂 he says
Literally just bought a G20 !! Love this video, thanks for sharing all this info (:
$1000 dollars what was wrong with it
Nothing at all. I think the guy I bought it from didn't use it
did you have the rear ac/ heat unit in that one? if so, did you keep it or tear it out?
It had it, and I ended up just plugging those hoses and covering it up
What a great video. Got some great ideas for my '94. Love how you threw some humor in throughout.
Looking good. I am currently working on my G20.
Best rig i've seen yet
Nice!
I have the same van year and all. I got hand it to you. Though basic all your ideas are genius af. I just got new ideas for my van holy fudge bro great video. Loved the terminator scenes
Nice!
More vids
Nice job !
Excellent work Marcienne. You know your stuff bro. Your special video effects were also cool. I got some really good ideas from your video. I am going to use big pvc pipes on the roof of my van to store stuff also. Cool restoration bro. See ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just bought mine three days ago! 1996 g30 cargo van. I honestly finally see what I said I was trying go do and it's in my 3 check budget plan! man I love this so much and you really helped me in a desperate time figure out a reasonable budget in very comfortable living. and the numbers I needed desperately! thank you so much, happy travels.
Hell yea. I'm big into toyota truck stuff, I'd like a 4runner even though I have a taco. Had a 99 but too rusty to keep and unsafe to drive. Maaaan, I seen a Chevy G20 at the beach and I totally forgot about this van. My aunt used to have one when I was little. Curtains in that b!tc#. So homey. It was awesome. And yours is awesomer
I have a 4runner now. Since around March. Been a helluva truck so far and recently just did some off roading and climbing in it on the weekend. Made a vid 🤙🏼
Good taste in music 🎶 peeped the cuco👀
No way! Me and my partner live in a 1992 Chevy g20. I really like the layout of yours, it inspires me to redesign mine!
How is it mechanically? Does is it often have problems?
This is one outstanding job...... The woodwork is just great...... everything that you have done to this van is above and beyond fantastic.......be super proud of yourself........ keep on keeping on
This shit slick kinda funny
Sweet. I just picked up a 93 G20 StarCraft van. Been fixing mechanical stuff so far, plus living in it currently, and I'm looking for ideas. Nice work. Cool vid. Safe travels bro
Wow my man, you have out done yourself , do not every get rid of your van, you will regret it,,, rock on with your bad self,,✌👊
