Hey garden friend! Yes, my garden friends have been generous with the plant gifting this year. I had to Google some plants to make certain they don’t spread or invasive. Hi garden friend! Unfortunately, I do not have a video on hostas and coral bells. I did see some beautiful, healthy hostas and coral bells at my local Home Depot. Check your local big box stores for those plants. They should have them in stock depending on where you live. Glad to know your roses are doing well. Roses are the best! One of my favorite flowers are roses. Unfortunately, with the humidity we get in my grow zone, my roses succumb to black spot. I lost a few roses to rose rosette disease. I plan to plant roses in pots. Glad you clicked on my video. Happy gardening!🌱

“Big Blue”…I love it! Yes, in this North Carolina heat, A/C is a must!! Trucks are fun and convenient when hauling large loads. I’m pleased with the compost. I need to add perlite for drainage. Hello @nolagirl7082. I had no idea the “peace” series roses are floribundas. Good to know. I did find more selection of climbers at Walmart. Not sure why my Lowe’s had one climber. Perhaps the inventory is still coming in. I was so happy to find Earth Angel in the store. If I had the room I would have purchased more Earth Angel roses. There were several other roses by Melliland which are high quality roses that cost upwards of $40 plus dollars online. Yes, I agree, you want to see what you’re buying and inspect them before purchasing. We have no control over “online” ordering. I will check The Home Depot for their rose inventory. Congrats on finding two bare root Earth Angels at The Home Depot. What a score!! I wish you all the best with your roses! Yes, the petals of Earth Angel are so pretty and favor peony flowers. I’ve bought peace and Chicago peace multiple times and both got terrible black spot issues. I have my plants densely planted and the peace ones seem to need more air flow. Just a tip from someone who’d love to grow them but doesn’t have the space they need.

Thank you @garden-oasis! I have a pink peace rose in my yard and it’s struggling. I may need to dig up and place in a container. They are lovely and I hope I can save her. I struggle with black spot too. I think it’s due to the high humidity we get late spring through fall. I hate to use a spray but I may have no choice. Thank you for your feedback. Chicago peace is such a giant flower, it is around 6" around when in full bloom. Absolutely stunning

Hey there! Roses need six to eight hours of sunlight. Dig the whole twice the size of the rootball, then water in. Water atleast twice a week (depending on how much precipitation you receive) until well established. Fertilize when needed according to your package. You may not get a bunch of blooms this year because roses need time to get established. Next year, you will have some beautiful flowers to enjoy. Hope this helps. Thanks for your comment. 🌹

They perform well for me. I have lost a few to rose rosette disease and had to remove from my yard and discard. Usually these roses are pretty healthy and give you beautiful blooms. The first year don’t expect much, however the second year they explode. Keep them fed and water when needed and they will do well. Make sure you look for canes that are pencil size or bigger and make sure the canes are green. Good luck!

I’m growing peony’s for the first time. A friend gifted me 10 peony’s and I planted every single one. I’m excited to see if I get blooms this year. Elephant ears are one of my favorite bulbs to grow. Set it and forget it! Ha!!

Not sure I understand your question. Wait until your last frost date passes before potting up a rose. I hope this helps.
