Thanks for watching and for the questions. I had the dealer perform the serpentine belt service since it requires removal of the front bumper, radiators, intercoolers, and other parts. It is expensive. Next time I’ll go to an independent mechanic to save some $$$. The blue smoke mostly happens on cold starts and hasn’t gotten worse and is usually a small puff. So far so good 💪🏼

I’m not sure that’s a good question. I remember seeing 1 or 2 just over 100k miles on Ron’s Rides channel a year or two ago.

Keep it long term and document what does and doesn't go wrong. There aren't many people reporting that info after 100k ​@@Food_n_Driver365

@@Food_n_Driver365 Have another motor on stand by just in case. It would be the ultimate Track/project car. I plan on doing that with my 4c and Stelvio.

Thank you so much 🙏🏼 Hmm, if you could look at them closer they’re not as clean as you think. But I just wash them with a micro fiber towel when I wash the car or I use a detailer in between washes. A professional detailer can polish them for you if you can’t yourself and they’ll look like new!

Hmm, the digital level and dip stick indicate the oil level is pretty much at max but not over. But maybe you’re on to something.

@@Food_n_Driver365 Always be at 80%, never at max. And oil level should be monitored at hot conditions, warm engine after 10 mins cool down and oil at 90degC.

@@Food_n_Driver365 spun crankshaft bearing. Had the motor replaced under warranty but it took five months to get my car back. After that it just wasn’t the same.

Yes, 90% of my miles are on the freeway in “a” mode as you say. I also give myself a lot space in traffic so I coast a lot and rarely pass aggressively. Also I hang out in the slow lanes. Although I do love gunning it on the on ramp on occasion 😆

Happy for you! I haven’t decided what do with it past 100k miles, but I’d love to keep it if I can! Interior is fine and I don’t think there’s any new noises since new. No unexpected repairs since warranty expired 🤞🏼

I usually speak and work with Hector there, however he does have a few other employees I believe but can’t recall their names. You should totally get a QV if you love to drive!

I hope it’s not! For me it only appears for a few seconds when starting the car about 30-50% at the time.

Check your oil levels. Also, pcv valves might be clogging up since it is a DI engine. Have you done a mechanical cleaning or walnut blast on the valve covers at all?

@@natealvarez16 oil level stays consistent on the digital measurement but I check the dipstick as well and there’s no changes. I could switch out the PCV valve to see if it resolves the problem. No blasting or cleaning at all done yet.

@@Food_n_Driver365 likely is the culprit with it being a direct injection and the carbon build up. Would recommend a tire fuel induction service every 60k with these

​@Food_n_Driver365 if you can take the intake piping that goes to the throttle bodies off you can see if there is oil in the piping. That would indicate either oil getting past the shaft seal of the turbo or from the pcv. Oil could also be going out the exhaust side of the turbo. Could also be worn valve guides.

Yeah I hope it doesn’t mean something serious. It goes away after a few seconds after starting the car… I went with stock as I’ve been happy with them especially I daily drive it.

@Food_n_Driver365 lol I meant the drilled and slotted rotors n stuff I always run them on my XJ but they are under the same company

@Food_n_Driver365 should look around throughout what other cars are under the Mopar branding because some of the alfa's are basically a dodge and could find some parts for cheaper that are the same

It could be a quality problem. Have you tried detaching and inspecting? Also the “brake disc” has to be on a certain orientation otherwise the shaft won’t go in deep enough. The wheel should snap into the hub. Thanks for watching and for your comment. Good luck! 🍀
