My mil washes the seasoning and brine off her corned beef because she doesn’t like “the strong flavor”, it doesn’t ruin the meat, but it’s not as good imo. So, if you’re like her and don’t like strongly flavored corned beef, there ya go, try it 😂 I always add potatoes and carrots in around halfway to make it an even easier meal. And serve with cabbage on new years ❤
