hello man please help me, can i get a link to where you bought the o2 sensor spacer? i cant find one that works on my 2018 w205 c300
Do you have to give it a lot of gas to hear the noise
@@AaronEscamilla-y7e not really, it’s more of letting off throttle quickly when accelerating.
@ I’m gonna try that after work to see if I hear it but I notice more acceleration

@@chinchu7000 it was from PLM, I believe they discontinued it though.
One thing to keep tabs on is the seals around the injectors tend to give out after a certain amount of time and a lot of times that’s what that gas smell is from. Especially on European cars.

@@billburns720 lol she’s been cool about it all! Ended up taking off the down pipe because of the smell was giving her a headache.
When you refer to the smell, did you have a catted or catless downpipe installed? If catless, would a catted downpipe also give off that “bad” smell?
@@andrewbunt06 it was catless and the smell was very overpowering, I removed it after a month, it was quite annoying. On my Bimmer I went with a high flow cat downpipe and it reduce the smell a lot, there’s still a small amount of fumes but not as much as a complete catless.
I just got the same CarPlay installed. But my phone hangs up when I go to pick up the call from the steering wheel button. And I haven’t been able to figure out the TH-cam or AirPlay. Do you have any suggestions or tips? Thank you.
@@mr_margaritas I never had that issue but I did have an issue where my volume up/down buttons were reversed. Emailed the manufacture, they will send you a firmware update and it should fix the problem. Easy to do just need a USB stick smaller than 8GB. After all these years I still continually ask them for updates and they always come through!

Where did you get the o2 spacers for the downpipe brotha?
It was on PLM’s website but I believed they removed it for legal reasons. You can find in the eBay all day though.
without the catalytic converter does the car smell? did you lose performance did you lose performance did you have low revs?
A downpipe is a great idea if you are planning on getting an ECU tune. The tune can unlock 5-10 more horsepower with a downpipe upgrade as opposed to stock.

What's the max power you can get out of these?
Not to sure about this platform, I have seen people upgrade the turbos with a tune and bolt ons get 300whp. I’m sure there are people who have really pushed these.

Nope! It’s a superficial mod doesn’t need anything!
My charge pipe blew up literally 30min after going Stage 1 … have BMS charge pipe now and it’s been great lol
That’s nutts! Sounds like you didn’t incur any damages, glad to hear it’s back up and stronger than before!
@@TVang nope I actually was able to get the charge pipe back on and drive it until the BMS came in lol I got lucky it didn’t completely disintegrate
Do i have time upgrade the boost pipe? I did charge pipe already.
Charge pipe is priority, oem boost pipe doesn’t fail as much. I would still do it eventually.👍

Nice video. I recently sold my n54 335i e92. I regret it immensely. Now looking at 435i. You mentioned you had a 335i before, would you say the 435i is better, is it even an upgrade?
I like it better, overall the 435i has better interior, it was way more modern as far as electronics go. The car felt wet more planted and felt solid. The N55 power was way more linear..

Have you done a tune? If so, how do you feel about it?
I never got around to tuning the car. It ran okay with out a tune but I’m sure a good tune would do the intake some real justice!
I just replaced the air tube. The top continues to come lose. I feel like I’m locking the clamp in but when I give it heavy gas it pops off. Anything specific you did to make sure it doesn’t come off
Did you download the video and check to see if you can read license plates?
I have, you can see plates from about 30ft or so. It’s been a pretty good unit still using it til this day in all my cars.
Not sure if I’ll tune mine for a long time, but I’m looking at these upgrades so I can at least have the car for a long time 😂
I was wonder about delay of sound when using wireless carplay do u have any solution?
When listening to music it’s not noticeable but if you’re watching movies or or on social media videos, I don’t think there’s a solution for that.
Yo sup Hmong content creator! lol Just curious, did you remove/mod the OE funnel/plastic that sits in front of the intercooler? Gonna be doing an intercooler on my 435i GC soon
Had to trim a tiny bit, at 7:44 I point out where I had to notch the plastic so the intercooler tab seats properly
@@TVang yup I saw that bit. I watched the vid fully. I thought there was a funnel/trim that sits between the intercooler and front bumper? Maybe that's the 335i videos I was watching. Gotta go take a look at mine lol. Thanks for the reply. Noticed you havent had any vids posted in the last year, hope you're doing well these days.

Hey, I ended up putting the module in the passenger floorboard, there’s a spot to the side that fits perfect

Was wondering why you didn’t get the Parking brake cable that Plugs in to the rear view mirror or was your car not equipped with it
Hi James, thanks you! I’m not sure what parking brake cable you’re speaking about, I am using the “parking mode cable” that’s what I am using wired to the fuse box instead of the mirror.

I’ve never had a problem, still going strong today. What issues have you ran into?
@@TVang I could connect to the dashcam 50% of the time. Even after managing to connect, it frequently disconnects. I was never able to export something because of the disconnects. After un software update, I was unable to pair the phone again. Even to put the camera in pairing mode it was a nightmare. Even when I was about to pair the phone, the camera throw an error "connected to another phone, disconnect first etc" witch was probably the same phone saved in memory before update. There's more to say... (not proud of myself ) but I smashed it with a hammer, it was the best feeling to know the dashcam gone.

No, haven’t done that yet. I did have to do a head gasket seal, cost me about $1000 USD.
@@TVang when i driving fast and then stopping, little bit smoke coming out from under the hood. What can cause it?
@@bimi5877 I had the same issue, your head gasket is probably leaking. Oil drips onto the manifold or the cats and it smokes. The N55 is known to have head gasket leaks

Hey i like that sound and i got a c180 of 2020 and it got a 0.3 bar turbo and i wana install that thing but it gut just 3 holes and my got 4 what should i do
