Two men stood there, caught in the twilight, Each holding their vision, each sure they were right. House, unyielding in his logic and steel, Joshua, speaking from wounds that could never fully heal. House, still as marble, leaned back in his chair, His voice now softer, but no less aware. "You speak of love like it is a cure, But I’ve seen what happens when men aren’t sure. They flounder, they fail, they fall to the ground, It is control that keeps the world sound." Joshua’s gaze softened, yet filled with resolve, As if staring into mysteries yet to be solved. "Control is a bandage on a bleeding wound, A temporary fix, gone too soon. Love is what endures, what persists, It’s the light in the darkness, the reason we exist. I’ve walked through fire, through death and despair, I’ve seen the world when it has nothing to spare. And yet, it is faith that pulls us through, The belief in something more, something true." The two men stood in a silence so deep, The Strip below still teeming with life, half-asleep. One, a king of a glittering domain, The other, a prophet scarred by pain. House, cold, clear in his ruthless design, Joshua, haunted by what had once been divine. The conversation faded as the night took hold, Each man unwavering in what he had told. House returned to his city of glass and steel, Joshua turned to a world he still sought to heal. The stars above, indifferent and bright, Watched over a world caught in an eternal fight. Two men, two visions of what should be- One of cold order, one of faith and mystery.

This was good but house made a good point. Joshua coming out of the gate calling hom a tyrent was slightly our of character. He would tell him he was sure, but he would have eased into it first not just say it first thing. Other then that this was quite entertaining
