This fun video of the Kennett Mural was photographed and produced by aerial photographer WesWeiser showing the progress from start to finish. The mural was complete May 2024.

This mural proposal encapsulates Kennett Square's rich history and
heritage:
Lenape Indian Legacy reflects their matriarchal society and Kennett’s
early history. Longwood Gardens’ rich history. Harriet Tubman &
Abolitionists role in the Underground Railroad. Progressive Friends
Meeting showcases local abolitionist leaders. Latino Community,
Danza Tenochtli represents this vibrant community. Equestrian Legacy
celebrates horse culture. Mushrooms, mushrooms, mushrooms for the Mushroom Captial of the world. Bayard Taylor's remarkable literary career and contributions.
This colorful mural portrays Kennett Square's cultural richness,
historical significance, and notable figures, aiming for an educational
and inspirational mural for the community.

Masterful presentation. This is the original version of my composition Mystic Traveler. PM loved to play this tune.

Met Pat in Seattle early 00's at some jazz club where he played on an open stage. Had him sign my Footprints cd and he was so very humble and energetic onstage you would have thought him a never ending fountain of creativity and emotion.He was on a tour dedicated to Wes Montgomery Truly a great in the pantheon of great American jazz musicians.

As a brain tumor survivor myself Pat Martino is one of my biggest inspirations and role models. :-)

" I never heard him play a wrong note. Ever! " --- he just did @ 3:21 and another one towards the end @6:56-- very rare indeed...
A #11 on an ending is not a wrong note. It's quite typical, actually. It implies a lydian or #4 mixolydian sound.
I thought he showed John Hart the right note as he played twice the wrong one.

Polytone. Your question kept me busy today! It has that very distinctive headstock. In 1983, he states he endorsed a newly designed solidbody Polytone and a Polytone amplifier for about a year and half, right around the time of this video. ('84)
Polytone Contempo which is exactly the same guitar as an El Maya EM1200.
