I love how she let out a beautiful, genuine laughter there at the end after sharing such a heavy experience. Gaona, thank you so much for this podcast. I have seen a couple of comments from Batswana bahaeso bare they had been waiting for a podcast like this in Bots. Le 'na kele Mosotho oa Lesotho oa habo lona I appreciate this podcast. I have been binging on old episodes. I love how candid and vulnerable your guests are, I love how you make them feel comfortable and you allow yourself to be soaked in too. I think that important. The conversations here are so real and informative. Keep up the good work ausi ❤
It's sad to see woman suffer like this when all the females wellness information from Yah was written in the Torah by Moshe (Moses). The two main reasons why women suffer: 1. about 95% of experiments are done on men and male animals. 2. Wellness information for women in the Torah is interpolated in the Bibles. These two reasons create the ultimate disease called misogynyreligious disease. Example, in Wayekra ((Leviticus) 15:19 "she shall be put apart". Here's a mental picture how wicked is that expression, it's like a 28 to 30 pound nutritious cake from the creator was to be given a woman to enrich and nourish for a month but she is only given 0.001% part of the cake for the month. Will that woman be well-fed? Any serious woman, who wants to know the 99.999% part of the wellness information that is removed from the Christian Bibles can contact me with your husband or parent or a brother.
I've been struggling with severe migraines as far back as i can remember, ive been to the Headache clinic in Braamfontein, got a device that i used to put in my mouth, but even that stopped working eventually. When i am going to have a severe migraine attack, my vision normally gets blurry for about 30min, THEN, a migraine. They are so intense that i have to be sedated or take heavy medication to drug me to sleep. I have been to numerous neurologists.I have tried numerous medication, yet i still struggle with them. I dont know what triggers them, they just hit me.A migraine could literally wake me up in the middle of the night, I'll wake up screaming. They are random. I get migraine attacks once every month, or once in two months. And its always on either side of my face. I am so triggered watching this video because for once I feel someone understands my pain. To top it all, I work in the Auditing field, a pressurised environment. I dont know how many times i have been absent from work due to migraine attack, or how many times I've had to leave work. And people think these are just "headaches", they dont understand how severe and intense these are. Some even swear I am demon possessed when i get an attack. My comment is all over the place because i relate so much to this video. Feels like you are describing my reality. I am so triggered, but thank you for sharing, at least now i know I'm not alone.
@@linahtuta4622 have you checked if they could be triggered by hormones?
@@kellyloeto2224 I have not, I have had numerous tests though, but no Dr has told what the trigger could be.
I am due to see a neurologist in November, in the meantime whenever they attack, God knows I feel like burying myself 😪
Oh no precious lady. I am so sorry. Why is your appointment so far? Is there anything that helps in the meantime whilst you are still waiting for your appointment?
These 3 months are going to be a long wait😢
@@anitahmoeng8809 I booked in May, so I/we were told that the only available dates are in November. I tried a different hospital and it was worse, they were giving me dates in Feb 2025..
@@anitahmoeng8809 Govt dates! I managed to book in May. I was told to try another hospital but it was even worse, I was getting dates from Feb/March 2025, even worse.

Thank you for sharing your story Anita. Made me realise my migraines are nothing compared to what you go through. I know that paralyzing pain. I tell people that when you come out of an attack, it feels like you’re emerging from the depths of hell where you were physically fighting for your life. You feel so drained! May God heal you. I pray that you find the root cause and finally find healing.
Kagiso is such a woman, I don't trust myself go ka ema maemo a gage shem.
migraines are just the worst , i remember my first attack i thought i was dying
Yeap,i totally get you. We wont die from these though. Are they gone now?
@@anitahmoeng8809 lucky for me I know I only get them when I braid something tight ..so I learn to avoid tight hairstyles ...
One of the headaches 😩 whenever it hits me I just need my space,no sounds, no light just my bed and a dark room with no noise until I get better 😢..nd most people don't understand this headache until it hits them
Im so sorry you have had to experience this. Lets educate them and sensitise our families about our needs when we get these

This is so sad....kids are violated by the most trusted people 😢.
I just thought of everyone who lost loved ones during the pandemic, its tough
❤
I think mental health should be streamlined in schools eseka nna corporate language only, these kids are going through alot at a tender age hence there's needy to employ mental health specialist in schools for students
