Don't know if you still have this problem but try switching to yellow light compatibility mode and then go into fh5 settings and set custom wheel and pedal binds

I can't speak for everyone, but for me, I took fade's advice and switched the mode from red to yellow. In the menu for FH5 it immediately went from unbound to recognized

The snowmen i believe only comes during the winter season week. As this video was uploaded last holiday that could be the answer, check back every week for snowmen. The ahould be arround everywhere

Yes you could, I've tried both setups and found this one to be most comfortable for my driving. I had set the steering angle to 360 w/ no deadzone and it wasn't as smooth for me, so I left it at 540 and the 70% deadzone. It could be different for your driving style/feel, give it a shot!

Are you using the buttons on the wheel to go into settings on the menu? If not, it will pull up the settings for controller and won't show the additional options.

If you’re on Xbox, load up the game and don’t start it with the A button. Staying on the menu cinematic screen, click X to go into the advanced settings

It's well known through "Herlife" from the Hoonigan team. This one has lots of customization and is setup as a drift car.

A lot of that will depend on your personal skill level. I use no assists, everything is off. If that's too much for you, or you're still new, you can start with assists on and turn them off one at a time. So once you get comfortable controlling the car, you can turn off, stability control, then traction control, then save ABS (On, not assisted) for last.

You are using the buttons on the wheel to go to the menu correct? If you use a controller, it will pull up only the controller settings, even if a wheel/pedals is connected also.

Make sure when you go into the Settings and the "advanced Controls" tab, to use your wheel, otherwise it is pulling up the settings for the controller.

I play on an Xbox Series X, so I'm only in PC mode when adjusting the settings and connecting to the computer for updates. My Fanatec drivers are the most recent available within the "Fanatec Control Panel". Once I have it plugged into my Xbox it's on the Xbox "Green" mode.

Start the game up as administrator. worked for me on my PC..... and yes use Comp mode on the Base

@@stealthninegaming9223 say what? You can adjust the wheelbase setting for Xbox games in PC mode? How do you do that exactly? Do you keep the wheel plugged in to xbox and enter PC mode for adjustment on your wheel LED

@@R83TV I've tried this and it doesn't work for me. it's annoying. crashes every time. going to try and downgrade to old drivers. Hopefully that works

@@abuelb When you're adjusting the setting for the wheelbase, it's plugged into your PC. Adjust your settings in Fanatec Control Panel > Save > Close Control Panel > Turn off Wheelbase > Unplug USB from PC and into Xbox. The settings you set will be saved so any adjustments will work when it's used on your Xbox.

I use Simulation Steering mode.

You could try lowering the NDP (Natural Damper) and it should give the wheel a "lighter" feeling making it a bit easier to steer. I actually use a bit more damper personally, but found these setting to be a nice middle ground that gave a good amount of feel/feedback but wasn't so loose the wheel was free floating. You can try adjusting the NDP in the Fanatec Console or maybe try adjusting the "minimum Force Feedback" / "Wheel Damper" setting in game to .8 for a bit lighter feeling.

He has it in red only for the tuning part. he changes it to xbox mode when he actually plays forza on his xbox.. he is not a pc gamer :/

Do you mean when you're in the cockpit mode and the steering wheel for your player is only going 180 degrees? Or the car isn't actually turning fully for you?

The game is not designed to replicate that since it was mainly designed to be played with a controller

Have you figured this out yet? Having the same problem on FH5, and it literally makes the game unplayable on the steering wheel.

@@Lejalapeno907 i think i had steering sensitivity at wrong value. needs to be 0.5. U can check more in detail by looking at steering angle in telemetry (press T)

If you don't want to raise the RPM higher than what it's set at "stock", you can pull up to the start line, no clutch, brake applied, and hit the throttle to raise the RPM and it will settle back down to the "stock" set launch RPM. To adjust the RPM from there, you'll just need to tap the clutch button with the throttle is applied fully, and then press and hold the clutch down when the tachometer reads the desired RPMs.

You can get more car mastery points by driving around the map and getting skill points, and combos. You use the skill points to unlock the car mastery perks.

The points from "Summer" "Autumn" "Winter" & "Spring", all add up in the Christmas Series points bar. Most of the points I got were from "Summer" so far. Right now, it's the "Autumn" season, so only those challenges are available. If you skip to 1:10 in the video, that's where all of the challenges for points start. Once you complete those challenges, your points will start to add up. Each of those different challenge cards, will give you points. Click "A" on each challenge and it will show you where it is on the map to start it.

@@ThomasCornellmusic Some are harder than others. Make sure you're doing the challenges with the correct car requirements. You'll only receive the points if you complete the challenges with the correct car type/class restrictions.

You can get points by completing the challenges in the Festival Playlist that is updated every week. Once you get enough points, you can get the gingerbread outfit and SVJ. I'll post a video tomorrow that goes over all the new challenges for the week once it's updated.
