Shoulders are a bloody pain (literally). Did my rotator cuff last year at slow speed and took bloody months to heal. Hope you’re feeling better Mate.

It’s always( well not always🤣) but most the time in the stupid spots we have a tumble, when your not totally switched on! Glad no real damage, hopefully back on the bike Sunday 🤘

It's amazing how the small crashes can f you up more than big ones, for example over the bars at dirt farm was much bigger but no damage. I'm glad you're ok Dad. I do wonder how I will cope with such steep trails when I eventually try some.

When was you up there? I was up there today with my son it would have been amazing to ride with you Vids just don’t do this place justice it’s absolutely mental lol definitely not for the faint hearted I rode from my house done 7 runs and got home with 40+ percent battery 😁

Has your mate had any problems with the damper in the zeb forks on the whyte e160s? I’ve got two bikes the same in gloss grey the damper failed on one of them and rockshox replaced it with the £360 upgraded damper with high and low compression I’m hoping the second bike has the same problem before the forks run out of warranty it’s a common fault apparently

I need to break the barrier wih my new ebike, dont really want to ride in those conditions as my bike is brand fire new but will have to get it involved with muddy wet days at some point 😂😢 last time i rode in those conditions my motor started playing up 🤪 definitely great fun though 🤘🏼
