What diameter is the rod and where do you get the guide sleeve for it ??
You should have just used wood screws, six less holes and easier to adjust
Moja bhi kitana ma h
Good idea.
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video! Thank you for not adding an unnecessary intro or distracting background music!
Nice and simple, thanks for sharing. Do you put the tool in the vice when using it to do a lot of wire?
@@wasdaletimelapse7658 glad you like it. !! Yes you can put it in vice
very nice work thank you for shairing, I wonder if you do have the mesurments
I need to do 500 cm and 750mcm aluminum.
Do you have the measurements you used written down ?
Loved it 🎉🎉

Hi, the roller seat is really cool and I would like to make it for a school project but you don’t show the measurement’s, I was wondering if you could please tell me them so I can build this to the same specifications. Thanks
Bhai mujhe ye kharidna hai Kya aap Delivere kar sakte ho kya Reply....
Very nice 👌
Thanks 🙏
That would make a nice gift. It is now on my list. Good job.👌
£20 for a set of ladder clamps. Not the MOST pointless video on YT but it's close 😂😂😂
Much stronger and I can take 2 ladders with that clamps and free 30min from Scrab metal job !! But thanks for your lovely comment
Wow thank you for the great video it's so informative na stalling na B.S THANK YOU THANK YOU VERY MUCH
might want to incorporate a hole for a padlock to fit through otherwise you might wake up with missing brackets and ladders lol
Trust me i use it over a year and is very stable and safe

In my experience a machinist jack needs a fine thread or better a differential thread to adjust accurately. Using a tap and die leaves you with a sloppy fit. I enjoyed watching but I suggest you cut both threads on your lathe. If you're not accustomed to this I understand your approach but if you start doing it you'll never go back. You can make any thread you like and make a tight accurate fit too. Fun to learn, fun to do. If you're insecure; attach a handle to your spindle end and turn the lathe by hand and avoid collisions at the end of the thread with broken tools and parts as a result. Good luck, its doable, I learned it too, all the best, Job
I’m new into this but I will try to be better and better , thanks for your comment!!! 😊

How did u keep those 2 rods that the brake assembly rides on from warping and getting out of square from welding it?
I drill holes and put them in and weld it on the bottom
No you didn’t drill holes for rods but you should have
Wow, nice job! Great video! 👍🏻
Hello. Can you please help me make a machine for quick and easier disassembly of radiators from an air conditioner. There are copper tubes in aluminum foil. So far the easiest way is with a stationery knife... But when there are a lot of them it is also very difficult. I want to come up with some kind of machine.
You can make it with pneumatic cylinders and a knifes to be faster , but i think is dangerous😬
comment faites vous vos trous de grand diamètre dans les tôles svp ?
I have mag drill , but I have to make a puncher tool
I use a hole saw made just for sheet metal or a step drill.
I owned the $100 Can TNT Tooling WSA hand wire stripper, very similar to this. (My stupid sister threw it away "cleaning" & irreplaceable because TNT Tooling out of business). Overall a very good tool. It made mistake of being a pocket tool designed for a vice, but vices are not portable. I suggest: a) drilling holes in corners & supplying L-brackets & fasteners to bolt to end of picnic bench. b) repeat the same size holes, so that perfect adjustments. can be kept for longer or permanently. c) thin clear plastic layer on house wire broke & bunched up in holes & kinks slamed into back & needed straightening. I guess entry should be beveled or tapered so less friction.
Very good idea 👍
For a noon like myself. What is the purpose of dimples?
The uses of dimples are : you can make a sheet metal stronger by make them dimple, you can make car rails and more
Dimples increase thin sheet metal rigidity, lighten a part and can give traction. And look cool!

I need one of this one plzzz
Can you deliver to me plzzz
Such an awesome gift... great job building this from scratch!! #Genius 🦾🔥🛠️

are the upper and lower die identical angle?
Yes!!
I think that is the best design I've seen.
