in other words, Oord is in a permanent partial eclipse of Sergeaa and Juno. I have a theory though, if sergeaa is blocking some of the sunlight of oord, then it might recieve less heat and might be the reason of having liquid water exclusively in the equator

my strategy is you plan a burn at target ascending node, and wait will the closest approach is super close (recommend ~30km max) next, click on the speed till it says "TRGT", this is the velocity in relative to the target, try to get the velocity prograde to the the same as the target direction from your spacecraft. after you get close enough, slow down to ~1-2m/s and timewarp slowly and wait till you see docking port. now, select the docking port and set that as target, use the RCS translation to be both be directly facing and heading towards the docking port. wait until you get within 5 meters of the port. next, get perfectly aligned with it, click on the target port or your port and wait till either docking port says "docking (80%)" by then your camera should be placed at the center of mass of the station. i do this all the time, and recently did it for my N1 to brigo and Saturn V to luna note: for docking space shuttles, it must be perpendicular to the port instead
