Just some feedback: you need to work a lot on your sound levels and wind control. One part of the video is super loud and the next segment is way low. Then you have wind noise in the microphone. Set your sound levels to -18DB for all segments, and get a windscreen for the microphone. Rule: people will not watch a video if the sound is poor no matter how good the video part is.

Yes, these houses are "superficially" beautiful gentrified homes in this beloved Barrio. Unfortunately, this type of "renewal" is pricing most people out of owning these homes. I am talking about people who want to lay down roots and live here generations. Some of these homes have a turnover of "owners." Yes they are colorfully beautiful.

Some indication of asking prices for homes in these neighborhoods would have been helpful.
