The knock was definitely a stuck lifter, but if the customer is unaware and can afford a new engine replacement , ok then

What numbers do you make?
@@Q26V just a low boost setting 0.75 bar - 413 BHP 350 torque
@@jaaattengineering8940 not bad at all! With the cars weight that must still feel quick. High boost 600bhp maybe??
But the problem is you can only check with 3 to 4 bars with that tool. But the injectors in the car run with 100 and more bars
100 bar son 1400 psi....... Esos inyectores no trabajan bajo esa presión.......

Can you try conventional MPFI injectors with this ct500 model?

I imported the engine in from the states. I’ve imported and supplied quite a few now.

Hi can i ask what cars gearbox you are using the 6 speed from please , i thought all the vr6 6 speeds were all 24v 4 mo ?? Thanks.
This box is one that’s been pieced together using parts from the 6 speed 02S gearbox, but the bell housing swapped out and the VR6 bell housing used 😉
@@jaaattengineering8940 Ahhhhhh i seee thank you for helping, so that gets rid of the rear diff part, great idea 👍🙏 i take it a 2.3 v5 would be much the same aswell then, might be esier to get hold of than a vr6 bell housing 👍👍 Thank you 👊
@@dubayadot correct. VR5 bell housing is same as VR6. These are FWD gearboxes so no transfer box. Google 02S gearbox, basically a 5 speed with an extra gear on the end 😉

im looking to do this on my 8v s3, but i wanna do it with the 07k from the rabbit/jetta and mate it to my dq250. do you think i can do it ?
I don’t see any reason for it not to. What ECU will you use? Stand-alone I assume
@@jaaattengineering8940 thanks! probably so, I don’t see how the factory ecu from my s3 or the Jetta will work with the trans, probably have to use a haltec or something. Which one to use from haltec, I have no clue

No more than a big turbo 20v build. I’d possibly even say less than for more power output too (once running of course)

Changed engine, sold damaged one so never got to the bottom of why it was knocking.

Its crazy to think someone would bodge a Golf R this badly. Nice to see it going back to getter properly.
It can't work. With such an impulse under pressure, the nozzle will not be able to open.
Not sure what you’re saying here as it does work and I’ve done a good few sets of GDI injectors now 🤷🏽♂️

how to control, operate mpi port injectors?
This isn’t for your engine, this is for the USA 07k 2.5 which is NA and runs port injection. You’d need to run Syvecs I believe on the CZGB as they only had GDI injectors, unlike the later DAZA with runs both.
What was the reason for the knock? Just a rod knock?
Still haven’t found the time to strip down the engine and investigate. But I do plan to do so at some point and document on TH-cam 👍🏽

Looking really good with all of the parts freshly painted, and bolted on to the car. I'm looking forward to seeing the engine and the wiring coming together in the following video's. Also what rear adjustable control arms are you using, are they the CB Auto's or a different brand?
Thanks for the kind words. Adjustable arms are from Gruven Parts in the US. Had them on a previous S3 so had to have them again

Yes they are BC and yea brand new as we can supply this kit. Whilst these on this car haven’t been driven on yet, I’ve driven on these in other customers cars and they’re great
