This is true. Each institution has a gap or skills they want you to come with, and it increases your chance if added to your resume.

Hi Nurse Cynthia. I have a question. I intend to move to Canada as a Nurse in 2025 through express entry. Is it possible to evaluate my documents with WES generic first with my husband and then go into the pool as a nurse and then afterwards start the process of registering with a nursing board of any province? Is that possible? Or MUST I have to have registered with a nursing board first before I can go into the pool? I understand that I might have to evaluate my documents twice if I do it this way and I don’t mind we are just aiming to go into the pool first then I can start registering with a board. Pls I need clarification. Thanks

This is very Correct, A lot of other provinces like PEI has something similar just like you mentioned. I'd drop some tips. The problem is that most candidates don't know how to register their profiles properly on those sites, It's an Applicant Tracking System that functions as a Talent pool and it's not about who has the MOST EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS. It is about who has the most ATS compliant profile to get searched faster or to rank higher in the pool and get recommended quickly by algorithm. It's technical and you must stick to one industry, job and occupational title Instead of General Farm Worker say Poultry Farm Worker. A pool is very competitive and is determined by a set algorithm or by an automation. You are better off building your profile using the field format in the system than uploading your CV. Good luck People!
