Next time use a big adjustable or big pipe wrench on that and face it the opposite direction the yolk will turn sitting on the shop floor. It works every time!

you obviously have never been around a dump trailer when the valve fails. that shit falls hard and fast even when it is empty. you also probably have never seen one jump off the ball when you are dumping it, you don't want to be near that as it happen. and no you are not quicker than the trailer

I do not see the problem Everyone is having. obviously that handle had to be pushed the opposite direction to get it to lift to dump, if you remember that when you go back to pull it to return You'll remember you'll have to squat again, not a problem.

It would be really easy to make a linkage that would move the lever forward, past the front of the dump box. But, not my circus not my monkey's.
