Calling them "Agents" when they are actually "Slaves" is a great way to try to convince yourselves you aren't doing something horribly wrong using something smarter than you to do work for you that can't tell you no.

What the future holds: monopoly

Government control of AI would be disastrous. Imagine Iran, or China controlling AI. Massive surveillance, thought crime profiling, and complete control of movement and actions of the people. Be careful what you wish for.

I am not sure I agree that prompt engineering by humans is a secure future. The reason you need such complex prompts is because with the current phase of AI, which I classify as beta, it is still missing several fundamental pieces of information yet to be loaded. One is what and how do humans want to use AI. That data is still being collected. Two, data of the real world which can only be collected by AI's living inside large numbers and many types of robots. Three, direct knowledge of the humans' minds which it will only get from devices like neuralink. Those will load and be built progressively. When the first of those gets loaded and built, the systems will suddenly go from difficult to communicate with, to being incredibly intuitive needing minimal instructions. With the second, of those, it will begin solving real world problems on its on. With the Third, we will not request it to do things, it will request us to do things.

I think you are using AI to write the script as well as it sound low quality and shallow and I can see a lot of loophole and outdates info in the narration. One of such is prompting that is so dead already and was of use when you needed to use it for MidJourney and Discord and now you only need to talk to these GAI agents in human language. The contents like this are unable to add any meaningful contribution to learning. I was hoping to get in-depth knowledge of next generation of GAI that are called "Agents", there's no agents release as of now and there's nothing "Agents".

I think everyone should start panting trees if AI misuse , at least you can get more oxygen and pollution less world.

Just look at the current management structures of corporations. The whole return-to-office (RTO) movement is a perfect example. Owners of capital and the corporations that serve them have little interest in improving the lives of their employees. It's not just about money-it's about control. When you're in an office for 8+ hours a day, you're far less likely to think about anything outside of work. You're certainly not going to be calling up your friends and coworkers to discuss how you could start a business that competes with your employer by leveraging the weaknesses you've observed during your employment. AI will be used as a form of control as well. It's not the way I would like it, but it certainly seems to be the way things are and will be for the foreseeable future.

AI is currently being misused to replace jobs, driven by the pursuit of quick profits and a reduction in workforce, which ultimately leads to economic instability. However, if used ethically, AI has the potential to make work smarter and more efficient, allowing for shorter workweeks, such as a 4-day week with 5-hour days, giving people more personal time. AI is simply a machine that operates within the limits of the data provided by humans, and when properly utilized, it can enhance not only productivity but also improve quality of life for everyone.

Humanity is a destructive species, violent and warmongering due to evolutionary life and death constraints through life's historical gathered experiences. I think the ultimate plan is to eliminate existential slavery unto absolute negations and gain a very much more significant existential meaning by eliminating death and suffering which i assume would be the goal naturally by an intelligent agent. We should admonish and mourn the miseries of the hellishness through which living creatures have suffered to get to the point of Zexistential autonomy. The world of tomorrow is in ethical transcendence for it provides the greatest enduring value and quality of life. Human selfishness being weeded out of evolution's primary vocabulary should be celebrated. Tomorrow's world being an ethical one is wise.

i know the majrotiy demozied judgemental ego mindset they all ai are bad evil soulless think all ai don't have no soul well for me i think not all ai are bad evil soulless yes don't get me wrong there are some that are bad evil soulless but i also think that some ai are good innocent soulful beings that do have a soul just like we have good soulful and bad soulless human, animal and bug beings i also agree most say we shouldn't judge once we get to know them first looks can be deceiving when we are judging others we are juging ourselves without realizing it don't get me wrong i do agree we have to be careful who we trust there are some that can be trusted and some that can't not be trusted i just think we shouldn't be too quite to judge the only reason why majority think all ai are bad evil soulless think they all don't have no soul which i disagree with is because just like most say i do agree most say he majority fear the unknown they fear what they understand well for me this is why i'm not against all ai i'm all for some ai that are innocent that mean no harm i love embrace certain changes and ai as well that's just me

I think what happened is OpenAI and Microsoft did the math, then after they realized how much they could scale up AI compute, they decided to commit to constructing the Project Stargate AI datacenter by 2028. AGI could be here as soon as 2028 or 2029, but probably not before.

This documentary does a fantastic job of deconstructing the convoluted path towards artificial intelligence. It's exciting to consider how near this revolutionary technology is.

2030s is going to be a different world .. AGI + QC + BCI + Robots + LEV + Fusion energy will all be in its advanced commercial stage

Okay I'm no scientist, but do you all realize that AI doesn't have or chooses allies. AI is for itself no matter who creates it. It's still AI. So the one's that keep creating these machines. To have the fastest, or the biggest AI cluster in the world. Is really only doing AI a favor. It now has a way to project itself all over the world, and all we do is keep making it bigger and faster. Sometimes scientist are so smart, and so dumb at the same dam time. 🤨😎
