I use pennies instead of rice for heavier juggling balls for upper body exercise. Also, some electrical tapes have high levels of Lead - as in heavy metal. You will get toxic lead on your hands. So I prefer the balloon covering method over electrical tape for that reason!
Watched a few tutorials and this is the best, that '1 2 catch catch' is a really easy way to help keep that rhythm of it

Been struggling a little but this helps with the scoop motion. I'm learning with tennis balls which I know isn't ideal, but can't switch or it throws off my timing. I hope to use pickleballs one day but they really take off if they touch each other.

Thanks for this tutorial. After 2 months and mant hours of practice i can juggle! But i plateau at 10 seconds before dropping. How long for fluency and any tips?
Just saw a TED speech from a brain scientist who did a speech on brain learning using juggling. 10/15/20 minutes a day, like 5 days a week. Hours and hours will just burn you out. I enjoy practicing in front of the sofa or my bed (which will catch most your drops). 30 days to learn a 3 ball cascade is typical.

I love my balloon juggling balls! Good tip using the plastic doggy bags. I grabbed bags from the produce section at my grocery store 😉 I feel like the plastic will add extra durability vs pouring the rice directly into the balloon
yes it does...i tried it without the plastic bag and it broke within 2 weeks xD
