I went on a 500km ride on this handlebar but didn’t observe any evident signs my friend. My observation is that AOM handlebar is of different material than the stock handlebar, real difference is there only. May be that support is making vibration issue worse for you. Make sure you fit all the nut and bolts in proper measure and observe the rubber bushings between the handlebar clamp and T-plate, it also makes vibrations if it’s broken or has a cut on it.

I also faced insane vibration in AOM handle bar..aluminium clips which they used to fit handle bar causes lot of vibration and after that I went to oem handle bar again

Good question! Actually stock headers have mufflers (catalytic converter in the 650s) in it and aftermarkets are free flow! & In the aftermarket slip ons flow or exhaust gases are designed to sound deeper/sharper as per the manufacturer specifications 🤝🏼

@@MotoNutVinay I think you should try Honda nx500 once even though it's different segment, but you can compare engine characteristics. It's a wonderful machine with absolutely wrong pricing for Indian market.
