feel my drum
5:28
My favorite tenor feature of all time
hey! would I be able to use segments of this video for a "learn the music" type video? credit will be given and the video will be linked
Sure.
@@magicsnare goat, thank you!
Holy hell! THAT dude could really play. Man. The stuff that pops up on TH-cam.
That's f beautiful, that writing is beyond perfect.
Whoa…that was a crazy explosion at 9:40
This is the best snareline of all time hands down.
JESUS CHRIST QUADS! I love Charlie Poole!
In my opinion, the best video of phantom from this year
siiiiick!!
123rd Like! 💚💚
Oh yeah
Yes sir
Yes sir
Triplet grid?
Joseph House is among the GOATs.
The crazy part is.. this ain’t even finals.. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
2:58 but really 2:52 from the bases is that 🔥 but 6:58 into the feature handoffs as well. And then 3:28 for an a money shot of that magic
Your channel is a gold mine.
pleppity plop blorp
5:19 is the end of warm ups
the shot at 2:09 is INCREDIBLE. No one is slamming or overplaying or using too much force, it is just the absolute minimum energy necessary. And the result is it resonated so much and sounded so much more powerful and impactful
Still so good after all these years. Underrated line, insane quality.
Go Brian Wilmesmeier!!!
Too bad you're not playing many rudiments, they do with a typical high school or college band does. To a real drummer very disappointing.
Tell that to Scott Johnson, personally.
What is this ridiculousness...
Cleaner than my piss on a good day.
lol after all these years i noticed the learn how to sail banner on the building. screw that. this the learn how to perfect drumline video. and hell, i keep coming back to this video year after year astounded on how the hell they played that clean in such a boomy environment. amazing.
Center kinda leaning back like Michael Jackson
Wow! The clarity is unreal.
Awesome! Thanks for the memories
I was not in the band but graduated from Orange Park in 1997. I stumbled on this video, but it was a nostalgic watch.
9:09-9:10 What do you call that 🪤🥁 part?
16th-note 9-stroke roll
Yessssssssss
Phantom Regiment came to play in 2008, and took the trophy for high percussion plus the championship 👍👍👍
6:03
I like this show better but I prefer the 2007 line.
That show was sick
SCV?
It's phantom regiment Says in the title.
I’m a snare player, but no love for the basses?
Man... did any drumline ever throw down this hard???
Could it be, last exercise goes in the "Shotgun Sequence?" Let's go!!
I'm so appreciative for this vid, but man, 1080 has spoiled me. Brings back memories.
And they haven’t been the same since ... Phantom percussion lived; and died with Renick.
I have one of these tenor sets. They're very disappointed at my playing compared to what they've experienced before.
No smoother hands than Joe House IMO.
Where he at these days
@@BeatKid9000 who knows... last I seen him he was teching us at phantom but him and ellis were butting heads so Paul sent him home hahah that dudes wild
Damn those triplet diddles really pop during the second part of the phrase at 6:22... When those basses run down.. mmm.
6:52
The sister in the center is definitely qualified!! Overall great group clean beats!!
Thanks
