I've been a certified diver for 25 years. They teach you in diving class the only people who die are cave diver's. We talked about careers teaching diving on a cruise ship to underwater welding. Nobody dies in anything but caves. It takes a whole lot of experience and extreme amount of trust in your gear. Visibility can be wiped out without batteries. Strings, marking a path can break and disappear in the silt. And if you do get stuck half a mile underground, your rescue is going to come from where? By who? And what will you find? A 30k year old skull in a cenote 20' underground? Only fools go past that sign, and most dive sites don't have signs. You don't see daylight, it's a cave not s cavern, do not go in.

Duh i got the desolate deep flsahbacks from fisch at the first 5 seconds

you can use the 2 small screws on the filter arm to adjust the lenght, this way you can make the filte more centered

That symbol is not for good luck, it is a manufacturer's mark of some kind, well known in the industry

Unfortunately to some that sign is taken as a challenge

I still prefer the v1 version with the marine radio. Nautilus stopped providing support (eg. battery swap) but it can be DIY'd for those with the proper inclination. Still, they're all great products.

Really cool! I got one for Christmas about 3 years ago and it's been with me on most dives since. I don't depend on it when I already have a dsmb and whistle, but it's an extra tool in my toolbox indeed
