Crap sound. Zero joy

Man the sound isn't very good ... its not the device, the band just isn't as tight as it was when they didn't have the horn section and these guys are my favourite band, there just isn't any space in the live performances.

I watched Level 42 live in 1981, and I remember it so well. Mark King and his Jaydee bass were unforgettable-full of power and energy, and what a sound! Mark King has aged, and his performances now feel a bit like Joe Biden’s movements-everything is more mechanical-but the music is still very cool.

I LOVE Level 42, but I can't tell if Mark has lost his singing voice or if he just needed more practice before the show. Mike Lindup sounded great. I know it'll never happen, but I would love to see them in the US
