11/10/2024 6 : 27 pm फर्जी वकील याने तो पुरे न्याय यंत्रणापर महासंकट हैं ! एक तो कानून हर मामलों के लिए विश्लेषणकारी नहीं है उसमें गंभीरता बहुतसे वकील सिर्फ पाॅईंट्स कि हेराफेरी में ही माहीर हैं जो सच को झूठ और झूठ को सच में बदलकर पेश करना ही वकालत समझते है यह सिच्यूएशन्ससे असली इमानदार निरपराध घोर अन्याय पिडीत व्यक्ती मानसिक, शारीरिक, आर्थिक आदी समस्याओंसे पहलेसे ही झुजझुजते थके मन और शरीरसे न्याय यंत्रणासे दूर रहना या तो फिर अन्य मार्गों के सहारे लेना पसंद करते हैं इससे न्याय यंत्रणा कि इमेज ढहती रहती हैं इसलिए सतर्कता और कडे कानून जरुरी हैं ! धन्यवाद !
