On the album The Essential Brass Band Collection: Land of Hope and Glory, there was a live recording of Nimrod by Black Dyke Band with someone reading or telling a poem. Sadly this version is no longer available on Spotify, but does anyone know which poem is being read on that recording? It was so beautiful and I have been trying for ages to find it!

This is an amazing arrangement of a wonderful hymn. I was honoured to know the great nephew of the composer, Handel Parker, who was himself, George Edward Parker, a great musician
