great video
Thanks so much!! 🙏🏼
I'm flying with Frontier next Friday to Minneapolis. The biggest thing I'm concerned with is if my flight will get delayed/canceled. My trip is sort of on a tight schedule so a delay/cancelation is not going to be good for me.
Yeah, that’s always my biggest concern with these low cost carriers. If it’s early in the day it’s usually fine but later in the day delays happen more frequently. For me it all worked out. Hope it goes well for you too. Safe travels!
Thanks for the vid. Flying tomorrow with them for the first time. Your first priority with the money you make from the affiliates is to get a good bluetooth mic. You sound like your in an echo chamber. Not trying to be critical. I do appreciate the vid.
Thank you! Glad the video was helpful! Thanks for the feedback on the sound! I will invest in a better microphone soon.
Really good video. Only really knew about the church but now higher up on my to do list. How many days would you recommend? Id want to do a day trip to Dusseldorf at the same time
Thank you Stephen! Glad you enjoyed the video! You can do that your in one day, but I would suggest to stay at least one additional day to enjoy the city more and not rush things. And yeah, Düsseldorf is a great add on for a day. So I would say a total of 3 days.
Good work, man, accurate informations. Just one thing: Cologne is ugly, dirty and corrupt - and I don't want to live anywhere else. ;)
PS: at 16:16 you nailed it. :D
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed the video 😊
Haha yeah. Good thing to know for visitors 😆
Sju
Not sure what this is regarding…
Great video! i´m definetly going to check some of them out when i visit LA in June :D
That’s awesome! Thanks for the nice feedback! Enjoy your trip!!
Great video. Will be there in June, and I appreciate your thorough review.
Thank you, Denise! Glad you enjoyed the video. Have fun in Vegas!!
My Grandmother was frrom Cologne! She came to America in 1892!
Oh wow. Have you had a chance to visit Cologne?

Great video, what pool areas would you recommend at other resorts? Do you have to pay?
Thank you, Ashtak! Glad you enjoyed the video. So in Vegas there are essentially two different pool experiences to choose from. Going to a day club or the regular hotel pool. The day clubs are popular with young adults, there are DJs spinning loud music, people are dancing, drinking etc. So it's basically a night club just during the day by the pool. You do have to pay an admission. Prices vary depending on the location and DJ. Some popular ones are Marquee at the Cosmo, Encore Beach Club, Ayu Dayclub at Resorts World, Tao Beach Dayclub at the Venetian,... and there are many more. If you're just looking to hang out at a pool, you can go to the regular hotel pool. Many Strip hotels have both, regular pools and day clubs. If you are staying at the hotel, you can use your key card to access the pool for free. Most hotels allow non-hotel guests to access their pool for an admission fee. Just make sure to check as there can be limitations and it can get pricey. Weekends are typically more expensive than weekdays. Some of the pools I like are Mandalay Beach, Garden of the Gods at Caesars, the Pool Complex at Resorts World, The Mirage Pool, Boulevard Pool at Cosmo,... Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
@@triptipswithchris Excellent, thanks for that, roll on July 😎
@@ashtakmetoza5689 No problem! Enjoy your trip!
I was thinking about flying to Puerto Rico but I’m concerned about delays and baggage for 3 people. I may consider Frontier for a future local flight.
Yeah, I think that’s a wise decision. If you have a lot of baggage it’s usually better flying with the major airlines. And yes, the likelihood of a delay is typically higher with the low cost airlines. Enjoy your trip to Puerto Rico!!
This was so damn helpful!!! Thank you for including the maps😭
That’s great! Glad the video was helpful 😊
Don't let this brother fool you, go to trier or Munich. Cologne is a shithole somehow worst then my hometown Wiesbaden
Haha. I don’t think I’m fooling anyone. I love Cologne. To each their own I guess. Munich is awesome as well for sure. Never been to Trier.
One of the more confusing hotel and casino on the strip lol. I stayed here a couple times last year and the hotel is a maze. And I can never find the exit if NYNY that is right across from park mgm
Haha yeah. There are several confusing hotel-casinos on the strip. I tend to get lost inside the Venetian 😊
@@triptipswithchris I stayed at the Venetian for a week so I got it down haha
@@SAsh-zg6ln haha nice! It’s a great hotel 👍
You only need to know one thing…don’t. By the time you check your bags and pay all their other add ons, you probably could have flown on Southwest for close to the same price.
Yeah if you need to check bags and need other services, it’s usually not worth it. However, if you just travel with a small backpack and don’t need extra services, you can certainly save money by flying with a low cost carrier. They are sneaky about the fees though. So you always need to be careful.
How can i get from lax to burbank airport?
I would take the FlyAway bus to Union Station and then the Metrolink Ventura County Line to Burbank Airport.
Great list!! Just returned from my first Vegas trip yesterday. We did a few of these but added a few more of them for my next visit :)
That’s awesome! Glad this helped plan your trip. 😊
I returned from Vegas last night and stayed at NYNY- we loved it and will stay again. Great video.
Thank you! I agree. I enjoyed my stay there as well. Glad you had a nice trip to Vegas!
I really enjoyed this… we just got back from 4 days in Vegas. We stayed 2 days at The Sahara and 2 at The Luxor. We’re planning our next trip in August and are thinking about stay at NYNY. We’ve been through it a bunch of times over the years but never stayed.
That’s great! Glad you enjoyed the video. I can certainly recommend staying at NYNY. I very much enjoyed my stay there. 😊
they should have left Downtown LA the way that it was. angel's flight doesn't look right as it is now
I’m am going there rn 😂😅❤
Nice, have fun!
Can wait to visit Köln from Ireland 🇮🇪
Yeah it’s a great city. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. Greetings to Ireland!
LAX is not the world's worst Airport I'm sorry, and soon there will be train service to/from LAX.
Yeah, exactly. That will make it much better. Should have happened a long time ago in my opinion. Traffic has been a nightmare in and around the airport. Looking forward to the metro connection and people mover.
Great video!!
Thank you, Tara! Glad you enjoyed the video 😊
@@triptipswithchris, I'm here in Koln, now and you've definitely helped. Thank you so much.

You couldnt pay me to take the angels flight no matter how nostalgic it is especially after people died on it
I liked it but you can also take the stairs.
@triptipswithchris yes walking is safer in the daytime. When I lived there I liked Clinton's cafeteria on broadway it made me happy like I was going back in time,7th and Figueroa for coffee and litl Tokyo?

Thanks so much, Maximilian!! Appreciate the nice words and yeah, that’s exactly what I’m trying to do. 😊
Hello, I want some information about how to reach the site of "Little House on the Prairie" from LAX airport. How much does it cost if l use a taxi? Or is there any other public transportation such as public bus or train to get there? Thank you ❤
Hi, that’s in Simi Valley, right? It would be very expensive from LAX. I would take the Flyaway bus to Van Nuys and then from there with taxi or ride share to Simi Valley.
Hi, what do you recommend for getting from LAX to west hollywood?
Hi Brianna! For public transportation (buses): exit your terminal and look for the PINK LAX SHUTTLE SIGN on the lower arrivals level and board the LOT SOUTH/LAX CITY BUS CENTER shuttle. Once you’re at the LAX City Bus Center, take the CC6R RAPID UCLA-WESTWOOD BUS to SEPULVEDA/SANTA MONICA BLVD. After getting off the bus, cross over Santa Monica Blvd to the Santa Monica/Sepulveda bus station on the other side and board BUS 4 DOWNTOWN LA-BROADWAY-VENICE. That bus will take you into West Hollywood. All in all this should take you about 1 1/2 hours. Of course it can be longer depending on traffic. Alternately, you can check supershuttle.com and see how much a shared ride shuttle to your destination would be. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Which streets do you recommend to avoid? I will be in downtown LA this week
Hi, I would avoid the Skid Row area: South of 3rd Street, north of 7th Street, west of Alameda Street and east of Main St.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! It's fantastic that you've already explored so many places in town. As a resident, I'd like to add a great spot to LA's wellness scene - Quantum Clinic. This floating spa clinic focuses on mental wellness and provides a one-of-a-kind experience blending relaxation and therapeutic advantages.
I WAS LITERALLY THERE YESTERDAY!!! 🤯
Nice!
Great video, planning on going there this or next year!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video. I’m sure you’ll have a great trip and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about Vegas.

Sehr hilfreiches Video, danke!😉
Super! Freut mich dass das Video hilfreich war. 😊
my daught flew with them from denver to sioux falls. Well was supposed too. She got her ticket through expedia, went to airport and checked in. Got to boarding area. When asked for boarding pass, she told attendent she never was given one. Attendent checked the info my daughter was given and told her to board. She found her seat ,releaved she had got on the plane with no problems. This was only her second time flying. Plane started taxiing to runway when flight attendent came back to her and asked for her boarding pass. My daughter said she never recieved one. showed her what was given to her. Flight attendent told her she needed a boarding pass to continue her flight. Plane turned around went back to gate. they escorted her off plane told her to get her boarding pass somehow and that she was holding up the flight so please hurry. Long story short she was charged twice by frontier and once by expedia for a flight she never got to take. So at this point can not get ahold of them to see what can be done. NOT IMPRESSED WITH FRONTIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow that’s crazy. I’ve never heard of anything like that happen before. I’m sorry your daughter had to go through this. That’s definitely frustrating. I hope you can resolve it with them. If you can’t get a hold of them via phone or chat, I would also try contacting via social media and also commenting on their posts to make it more public. Often times companies then try their best to resolve issues. Crossing my fingers for you!
Enjoy your video. Very informative
That’s great! Glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for watching!
Es wird too much
@@toniwalch6543 ja da muss man als Stadt sicherlich die richtige Balance finden. Übertourismus bringt dann auch wieder negative Dinge mit sich. Naja, ich habe Familie in Passau und freue mich schon im Sommer wieder da zu sein.
it has become a violent, unsafe place to go. Look up the news stories. so glad i left San Diego.
The Ghettolamp. I used to work at the 7-Eleven on 4th and G, and I've seen a lot of drunks and junkies.
Thank you for sharing. I visited ten of those places last time I was in town. I would also add the WPA murals in the Terminal Annex Post Office (between Olvera St and Filippes).
Glad you enjoyed the tour William! Thank you for pointing out the murals. I did not know about them and will check them out next time I'm in the area.
I swear if i hear colon again instead of koln I'll lose it....

Hi Chris, Can you relay any information about the hotel in Passau at the Dreiflusseck please? It's apparently been a fortress at some point. 🤔 Dankeschön! Lynelle 📯
Hi Lynelle, I was not familiar with that hotel. Just looked it up. I'm assuming you are referring to the Hotel Schloss Ort. There's not a whole lot of information on their website in regards to the history. It just states that they have a 800 year history and it is indeed inside a former castle. They have a total of 18 rooms incl. 7 suites and breakfast buffet is served in a historic vaulted dining hall or you can eat on their patio with views of the Inn river. I will probably be in Passau later in the year and will see if I can get a tour of the hotel and find out more about it. It's certainly in a great location. Thanks for pointing this out to me. Definitely interesting and hopefully I can share some more information later this year.
Thank you Chris! Your research is spot on so far. As I did stay in that hotel in Passau for a couple of night. (On my way to listen to the Gebirgsmusikkorps, who were to play a concert in that region). It would be amazing to find out more The hotel receptionist knew the structure was originally a castle, but couldn't give any further information... Looking forward to hearing more from you 😊 Alles gute 🍀☀️
@@user-ol7sj9go1u Very nice! Yeah I'll get in touch with their Sales Dept. before my next trip to Passau and see if they're willing to give me a tour and talk more about the hotel. Would certainly be interesting to find out more and put a video together about the hotel. Viele Grüße! 😊
