I did loose my train of thought you don't need to remove the engine or transmission to replace the belt one of the plastic fingers on the clutch fell off and I had to replace the whole clutch and that requires removing the transmission. #engine #briggsandstratton #3wheeler #offroad #cooltoys #hauler #heavy #repair #antique #driver

At the :11 second mark, what’s up with the 12” swatch of grass that didn’t get cut?
Hmm hadn't noticed that it was pretty thick probably needed a second cut on it. I do need to replace the blades as well I had sharpened them but they definitely need replaced.
@@PastPreserver gotcha! I’m in the market for a mower and been eyeballing the Bad Boy brand. I’m looking at the Magnum 48” w/ Kawasaki engine. I would like the Rambler, but for $400 more, I can upgrade to the Magnum. Lots of decisions man, LOTS!

1 put nylock nuts on the battery hold down 2 pipe wrap your exhaust manifolds and muffler. 3 air wash mower after each cutting I added chute blocker, deck mounted trimmer, trash bucket holder, mulching blades. I have the 60” elite with the last year of electric deck lift.

You mean Silky? They do look like a nice hand saw. This saw is definitely a lot easier on the wrists if you need to do a lot of cutting. But speed wise a manual saw will cut as fast as you can move it just depends on how long you can keep that speed. Reminds me of the story of John Henry where he raced a steam drill and did win but died of exhaustion in the process. I'll have to see about getting a silky of similar size that could be a fun comparison
After several weeks of research and shopping, I just picked up my 2024 Bad Boy MZ Magnum 54", Kohler 26 HP from TSC yesterday. Spent most of the day going over and checking everything. They did a good job of assembly, all I had to do was change the angle of the deck lift foot pedal. I guess I'm not as tall as the assembler. The mowing went great with a beautiful cut, much better than my old John Deere LT 180 48" mower. Even my wife immediately noticed the difference. I know it's only been 1 day and 2 hrs of use, but I love this thing. BTW, I've enjoyed your reviews.

I'm sorry to hear that I used it quite a bit today and didn't have any chain issues. How loose was the chain? If it isn't properly tensioned it can let debris gum up the works.

Thanks yeah it was a really good show. I came on a Sunday this show was a 4 day event and a lot of stuff had pulled out by then. There was a bunch more there earlier in the week.

@@archaicsage4803 Outside of the blade needing sharpening (doing mostly ditches and rocky aeras with it that's not surprising) it really didn't need much. I had just got done using it the day before so of course it was full of grass. It's still been a pretty good mower overall.

I have a bad boy Maverick in the middle blade doesn’t turn fast enough these the grass standing in the middle then that way since I bought it change the blades does the same thing. They should be a recall Bad Boy on my chit list.
Now just gotta 800 grit wet sand until smooth as a baby’s ass, favorite part of building a car, the paint!
Well I got to do a bit more than that I found a couple little dings I want to fix considering these sides fold up on each other that's kind of expected but it's almost to the paint stage 😀

Do the compression on these bikes feel more like "light braking". Have a super sport that has spark.. Hasnt ran in a long time...hasnt ran for me...havent checked compression with a gauge yet.
