Oh yeah. Khaine is a struggle. he keeps wiping my mechs :( We are still trying to find the best strats here but already got some theories busted and others confirmed. I will probably do Khaine deep dive in 2 weeks and drop another vid in between while we figure him out a bit more.

Yeah exactly. I recordedAudio a bit differently this time and went for a new Software. Still trying to find what works best. Feedback highly appreciated, especially coming from the master himself.

exactly. he can only charge from certain spots. charge is always 5 hexes long and 2 hexes wide. if he ends in a wall or uneven terrain he cant charge. he doesnt need to move to charge though, so he can use it all the time as long as he respects the above. usually he moves first in order to maximize hits. so in order to trap him in you need to block him in part of the map where the charge would end in wall/uneven terrain and he will be a sitting duck

@@ArgoTacticus That is incredibly fascinating to learn. My guild has always gone by the assumption that you need to block off every last 3-hex space around him in order to cancel charge. This could change a lot for us.

@@SeventhSolar glad it helps man! you might want to look out for Dorn breakdown in around 1 week time. Be prepared for some crayon action drawings and mythbusting.

havent tried it myself, afraid that Szarekh will chase after sho drones and he wont be adjacent to Rho on start of turn. Could work if you hide Sho in the back where he and his drones are unreachable.

Ill be doing a raid comp video this week where i will go a bit more into details about the different comps as well as their strenghts and weaknesses and where they are best used. Maybe it will help you decide :)

Any particular boss you are looking out for? I can focus on that then. Next video will be about different team comps and synergies in relation to the different bosses.

good question, the only downside i see is killing the first mortar as Gida has 3 hits in melee. Killing the mortars has prio, so you would probably need to tweak this a bit. I would use sho to focus the las cannons instead since he needs 2 shots anyway, the others focus on the mortars then. Gida has the advantage of triggering Rho with more procs but sho def works as an alternative here. It will be a bit less dmg but should still work out.

100% agree, its so random. baiting helps but its by no way a guarantee. you can get him down his throne on Turn 2 if you kill 2 deathmarks and remain 2 hexes away. Consolidation prize so to say. If more than 2 deathmarks are alive he will often do his other active. He doesnt do it with 2 or less deathmarks. Please note Revas drones can screw this up if they are too close to the throne.

For me yeah, DS applies markerlight so revas drones stick to Szarekh since they prio anyone with markerlight or who is too close to revas. so i get 2 procs in from them per turn and DS boosts revas dmg by a lot. since he is the one attacking twice this pays for itself. By adding another mech i would get his proc in but lose the buffed dmg + markerlight bonus as well as the drones sticking to Szarekh
