i played for 5 hours, saved and quit, and i dont know how to load that save that i had bc when i open the game it throws me back into the intro part where u pick a starter, pls help!

question for you, so i went and changed just the trade evolutions but it provided me a fresh save file of HG/SS, is there a way i can use the evolution changes on my current save file or is this one strictly for new files?

dk if ur still replying to stuff here but when I put the randomized in my pokemon sun folder, the gamefiles wasn't in there even tho I put it there beforehand and it was just blank, but when I opened the pokemon sun folder in my desktop, it was there?
