And the other choice being a nepo family clan that has several members with positions in the local govt system from barangay, to councilor, to appointed civil servant positions... But who may have some record of decently average good governance, yet would never have acquired her current relatively high office if not for the endorsement of the "artista" who used to hold her current position, and despite several tries with various former high profile allies. Sino po ang pipiliin nyo - taking note of my long description above... Si Isko Moreno? Or si Honey Lacuna?
