@@ilarofa hey, Videohive is part of Envato. It's basically Envato Market for videos. I had a Videohive account before Envato contacted me and offered to sell on Envato Elements as well. Envato reject most of my items. It took me about 2 months before they accepted my first item. Keep making your items, keep uploading them. Try 4K, try better quality, clean your videos from any artifacts. Eventually they will start accepting your files too! But beware, Envato reject A LOT...more than any other stock agency. Good luck!

@@Iqram-s7c hey, don't worry, I made spelling mistakes before. You can easily change. Go to your Shutterstock dashboard - portfolio - catalogue manager - click on the file-change keywords/title-save.

@@soulsparkstudio1 yes, you can upload same files. I sell same files on Adobe, Shutterstock, Depositphotos, Vecteezy, Getty... I don't sell on freepik, so I don't know their policy. BUT if you signed up to sell EXCLUSIVELY on any website, then you must submit unique files for that particular website. By default, websites I mentioned above let you sell same files as you sell in other places.

@@haoly6110 several thousand for sure :))) Shutterstock is my least selling website at the moment. I earn more on Vecteezy than Shutterstock, to be honest. But I received several hundred dollars recently for dataset earnings from Shutterstock, which is something I didn't receive on Vecteezy. So I suppose my thousands of videos pay off in some ways...

@@hungthe2748 hi, yes, I know, it takes ages to approve photos/illustrations. I talked about it in one of my videos (How ai affected my sales). This is one of the reasons I stopped making/uploading photos and illustrations. Now I only make videos. Videos get approved much faster! (And earn higher when sold). But no, they cannot prioritise your upload. The amount of ai images that people submit now, Adobe Stock really need to check every image. It takes longer and longer.

Many websites don't accept ai images, for example Getty Images, Shutterstock... The ones that do accept, you have to ask them directly, as I don't make/sell ai images, so I wouldn't know their policies.

I earn on 9 stock agencies, and for me it's worth to pay for After Effects, and I also use After Effects for my main media job for at least 8 years now... But if you only sell on Vecteezy, yes, it may be a question, whether you can even afford After Effects... Thank you

@@jozsefilyes3533 yes, definitely more than once! So far I received 2 dataset earnings from Adobe, 2 from Shutterstock and about 3 from Pond5! Some of them are higher amounts, some are lower - in no particular order.

@@sacmaucuocsong2832 Hey, good question, different websites accepted different amounts of my images and videos. Envato accepted 890 videos. Vecteezy even less. On GettyInages I sell 1400 videos and 2400 images. Overall I uploaded many files, but they all accepted and rejected completely differently.

@@mithundebnath8205 Some globes I created in After Effects, some in Cinema 4D.

There are a lot of tutorials on youtube. Try learning AfterEffects, but you need a monthly paid subscription. Blender is a 3D software which you can get completely free. I uyse Cibnema4D which I had to buy. There are many ways nowadays to vreate digital videos. Allow yourself to be creative, to try out, and don't forget to upload results of your experiments and "trying-outs" to stock websites for sale :) Hope this gives you some direction.

@@maa-v5m are they AI images? I definitely recommend uploading these images to other websites too! But not all websites accept ai images... You will earn much more if you upload to multiple websites.

@@AlisKandari-j6c hi, I use MP4. I render all my files as H.264. If I want to keep transparent background, it has to be MOV. Hope it helps.

@@ilarofa do you mean you want to sell footage or digital background videos? Simply open an account. To get accepted, I believe you can just upload photos, and once your account is approved, there will be a choice to sell videos too. Make sure your background videos look different - otherwise Getty may block your account for spamming. I usually make my videos between 15-45 seconds long. Most of my videos are in HD size (1920-1080), but you can also sell 4k. Is that the advice you were looking for?

​@@tansy-stock-earnings yes nowdays its hard to register getty image, My friend registers to be a contributor by sending photos and always rejected, so I want to try sending background footage to register as a contributor, hopefully I can pass

@@MajedKhan-jg7rp Adobe allows you to upload ai images, you just need to specify for them that they are ai. I don't exactly understand your first question. Just a word of advice, your images should look different. If you upload similar images, your account may be blocked for spamming.

I think it means that your photos have not been approved for main commercial sales, but instead they will be sold to companies who will use them to train computers and ai technology. It happened to some of my photos too, don't worry, you will still earn money when they are sold, it's just for different purposes.

Pro means users pay to buy these items. Free means users get files for free - but I still get some pennies for it. It's nothing to do with inclusive or exclusive. Yes, you can upload the same files to other stock websites.

No, I don't think Depositphotos accepts ai images. I never upload ai images anyway, so I wouldn't know 100%, but from what I've heard, Depositphotos, Shutterstock, Getty Images do NOT accept ai images.

For editorial use definitely not. I uploaded it for commercial use, but Shutterstock didn't even ask for release. There is no logo there, no recognisable branding, etc. But I wanted to keep myself safe I asked for permission from the theatre if I can sell it. The Denver amphitheatre told me I'm allowed to sell it when it's empty like this. But if there was a music band playing in it with band's and concert name etc, then I would have to obtain a formal release. Then Shutterstock would probably ask me for release too.

Exactly. It's not at all easy thousands of dollars :) I'm being really honest what I sell, what I earn - maybe you can learn something from my mistakes. But I found it helpful to sell on many stock websites at the same time. This guarantees me that I have some income each month from any of them. One month it's Adobe, another month Getty images, etc... Good luck!

Just a small tip: if you upload in bulk, make sure your images look different. Otherwise Adobe may block your account for spamming.

@@tansy-stock-earnings Yes, thanks for the tip. I forgot to mention but you should definitely make the thumbnails little bit better, you're videos will pop for sure.

Go to your Author Settings on top right (by hovering over yopu account name) - select Dashboard. You should see the currently reviewing files on the right hand side. If no files are there, it means your item has been rejected (or accepted). Envato usually takes about 5 days to review my videos. But I never get emails when they are reviewed - I simply check my dashboard and then check my portfolio if it's got new items added. One item is not enough. Envato rejected 70% of my files. So for example if I upload 10 files, only about 2-3 of them will be accepted. Make more, much more! Also you can email Envato directly - submit a help ticket asking what happened to the items you uploaded.

@@psdmania Ah, yes, Motion elements usually had automatic approval system for me. There was no approvals team - all my videos were approved within a few minutes of uploading. Are you sure your file doesn't sell online yet? I closed my Motion Elements account as I didn't make much money on it. I only keep stock websites that earn me regularly. When I have any problem with approvals, I always email contributor support. Motion Elements takes ages to reply sometimes though.

You can sell photos without having Adobe Cloud subscription. They are not related. I have my Adobe Cloud subscription because I need After Effects to create videos. You can use other software if you want.

​@@tansy-stock-earnings Thanks. I read some time from Reedit someone who said the Adobe that this was one of the requirements for them to accept our photos/videos faster. I don't know if this is true. Why do you think they are taking too long to accept IA photos/videos that were once accepted in less than a day and now it takes a few weeks?

Oh my god, 8 photos is not enough! I have 900 photos, and I occasionally get 10p sales;) My suggestion is upload much much more, and don't forget to upload videos too, because they earn you more.

Are you happy with your earnings? It's important to not compare yourself with anyone else, but do what feels right for you. I find that personally for me less frequent video downloads work best for me - I just got $28 from a video sale, and its equivalent to 10-20 sold images. But if you have many images that sell frequently (not my case), then it can be great too! Anyway, I wish you good luck! And thank you for sharing.

Thank you, my friend :)) I use Cinema 4D (with Octane render and sometimes Realflow plugin). And I use After Effects. Nothing else;) Sometimes I use Photoshop cleanup Topaz plugin (I had to pay for it) - basically Photoshop is great for taking your PNG sequence and batch processing it. Those are the only 3 software programs that I use. I wish you all the best!

Yes, I'm afraid Shutterstock only pays about 10p for images. Occasionally you may receive a bit more, like $1 or something. For this reason I stopped uploading images completely, and now I'm uploading only videos.

I thought that as editorial was going to sell, if I could sell a photo, it would take a long time to sell these images but if anyone buys them if I would pay more money than a normal photo. To upload travel photos that websites advise? I have some videos on shutterstock. And pond 5 i cant upload videos because i put to sell and dont show me nothing. Thanks

I use After Effects native plugins/filters. And I use Cinema 4D with octane render. That's all - nothing else.
