Absolutely love the commentary! Motivation comes and sometimes fades with time for me. I find it very helpful to have a goal to train for, say; hiking a specific mountain on a set date so I train hard with Motivation to successfully achieve it.

I'm not necessarily against squatting on sand, but if if you are, you may want to go barefoot for enhanced proprioception (and you'll be training your foot muscles to boot!)

1. Increased intensity without increasing weight (I.e. mastering technique) 2. Develop/improve core connection when pressing 3. Chest Isolation; muscle imbalance

Although I appreciate your comment and feedback, the warmups are sped up in order to make the content more concise. The warmup footage for each session is ~30 minutes +. Not possible Thanks
