Good day Ricardo. We just have registered a NPC and we recently activated its account. So my question is that, it is possible to register it as PBO even if we are not fully operational and we have not yet received any funds from anyone?

Hi Ricardo, Thank you for addressing this critical and important issue. I concur that this is such a pressing need.

Hence I always tell organisations to always go one or two above the minimum so that you never drop below the min requirements, this also buffers unexpected resignations .

Good day what is the minimum board members according to the amended Act. Everyone says 3 but I am.unable to pick it up in the Act.

Majority of companies or institutions doesn't respect this act, cos the ransom calls and emails and messages that for one receives on a daily basis is scary, especially knowing that they have my ID number. And I don't even have any credit or loans. This was just another fruitless expenditure by government, just like the Rica, it is completely useless.

Thanks very much for this video. My challenge, and the challenge of many NPO's is that the DSD website is mostly non-functional for the submission of reports. I have dozens of emails requesting assistance with submission TO NO AVAIL !

Thanks Ricardo, insightful info. My misgiving is not with the proposed changes per se with the depressing ineptitude of the NPO Directorate in Pretoria. They are incapable of answering a phone, or replying to emails. What do they actually do ??.
