The rates should be x10 to make ANY sense. I could undestand 0.3% or so for serum. BUT THAT'S FOR A GOOFY CLOAK THAT I DROPPED TODAY. AND SERUM IS 1/10 OF THIS.

The rates are extremely low but that's what makes it so exciting when you actually get it I do feel like they can double it and I'd still be hard to get but with more Titan serums coming in i think I won't be to bad

Armored serum is hard to get cuz youre supposed to get them in RAIDS not missions. "But theres no armored titan raid?" Thats why theyre in missions, armored raod is gonna be out soon anyway. But if ud have a 0.8% chance for serum in missions like abberant raids, raids would be useless

it is not crazy btw, cose if u play 5 hours per day, it will cost u around 25 days to get serum
