Hello. I didn't understand what you said right after you said after all my dry ingredients are in a bowl you said " I am going to add a little squeeze I think!!. You then proceed to add something that looks like water, well that is when close captioning is really needed but it does not have cc!!. Could you please explain what you said. Thanks. I have made this cake since I was in 7th grade. I am now 66 but now it seems to be dry. I lowered temperature and shortened the baking time. Any suggestions? I use GOOP on my pans. Equal parts flour, oil and shortening. I use a brush to spread on my pans.
I would say cooking for only 25 minutes at 350 and see if that helps.
I love the old school because Baker's Joy sticks some. The cake don't come out an smooth!!

For the standard U.S. stick of butter: 1 stick butter = ½ cup = 4 ounces = 113 grams.
