honestly i still have a bit of a problem with videos like this. you just skip from your really trash drawings to luffy's face, don't show the tutorial you watched to get there, and in that moment its a pretty major jump in quality from absolutely horrible drawings to a decent rendition of luffy, and theres no explanation given besides "oh i watched a tutorial" and you don't say which tutorial. it just comes off like a rest of the owl type thing. there aren't any bad first renditions of luffy, its just immediately a decent luffy from what was before that. maybe i'm being too granular, and i don't know how to draw so maybe its not that much of a bump in quality. thats just how it came off to me.

This is the best art video. I’ve watched so far while watching it I didn’t feel like I suck hot ass drawing. The whole video just felt superhuman like I watch other art videos and they’re just like yeah this is just a rough sketch and it’s some Mona Lisa

I’ve been drawing for 8 years now and I can say that if I could go back to the first time I picked up a random lined note book at 11 and began drawing I would tell myself to work on the fundamentals just like you are it helps improve your art infinitely and I only really started focusing on learning the basics of art recently. your doing great!!
