Will it survive?! Repotting aloe for the first time
For food budget, i went with a system that has less electronics. I had to add the pump myself but the only replaceable part would be lights. So if something like this wont work for you maybe look into other types of hydroponic systems
Great suggestion, I will!
my jade plant was attacked by mealy bugs so i snapped off all the leaves so right now it’s just a stick with roots. do you think it’ll survive if i replant it?
Hmmm might not without leaves but why not try in clean, new soil. Wishing you luck
what do you use for any trellis if you grow tiny bush tomatoes?; Also have you grown any small yellow cherry tomatoes (harvest areogarden seed- i had in one of my preseeded basket in the box- it was suppose to be "red" but it turn out yellow , bush type cherry tomatoe that i eventually transplanted outside in a big pot and it flourished !! ) I love the yellow type , it was bush and yield many tomoatoes but I am looking for exact type that is red- can't find it )
Would it be a good idea to trim up the roots like once a month for this as well?
How long do I wait before transplanting?
I have the same cup like what
For massive roots like that do you ever trim? I hear that’s a thing so it doesn’t clog up the pump etc
I don’t. I haven’t had issues with pump clogs but I understand you can trim up to 1/3 without damaging the plants
How often are you doing a full swap of water and clean like this ?
Every two weeks but I’ve stretched it a bit and all has been fine!
Im looking for sweet mint like the bonnies sweet mint
This wasn’t the best mint to use. Great idea to look for a specific variety!
What type of mint is that please and share the seeds link thanks
How do you grow the roots ?? My has Avery small hairs
I hate to say it, but a lot of neglect? lol. My snake plants seem to thrive on being forgotten for the most part
I have a thick rhizome that broke out the side of the plastic pot 😂
Do you think I can transplant my Areogarden items in a regular flowerpot than get new pods for something else? I have a smaller Aerogarden, only able to hold 3 pods (it was a gift), where I almost regifted it but decided to keep it.
I think it’s possible but water roots, like those the plant has in the aerogarden, don’t always love being transferred to soil. I typically only grow two items in my six pod now. They do so much better with extra space. Let me know if you try to transplant. Good luck!
Where did you purchase your garden bed and for how much?
Costco Canada in 2023 and I can’t recall exactly but around $125. It’s still going strong a year later. I love it!
Thanks for sharing
Great video . You can actually can split the deck in two pieces Their 6 clips you click in with your fingers to remove it
Thanks for the tip! I just tried it during cleaning and found some hidden roots in there!
yum. looks so good. i know those herbs were fragrant!
Nice❤.
I enjoyed your video 😊 I am also curious about an update on this jade plant.
Golf ball cover, nice. Cheers
i bought mine because the grocery store food is horrible!
Yes! Always fresh on demand 🥗
I have one too and I think I would like to have something larger so I can essentially keep a salad bar going inside. It's just too hot to grow them outside here during the summer.
That’s the same where I live too. My outdoor lettuce thrived in the cool spring and early summer but is done for these hot days. I’m growing a quick maturing lettuce in the aerogarden now but six spots isn’t enough for how much lettuce our family eats. A bigger one would definitely be ideal for a salad bar 🥗
Love the video, I would say for lighting I would try to light the area better that way the video looks a bit nicer.
Thanks for the suggestion! It could definitely use better lighting!
Great video! You have a naturally engaging speaking style and I love your insights on the Aerogarden.
Thank you so much!
Usually the labels have a hole in them (except for blank pod covers). Do you have to cut a hole?
It’s hard to tell in the video but they are perforated, so you can fold the centre down easily. No cutting needed 😊
Am I the drama? - peace lilies, probably
😅 exactly exactly

Ashnikko better work
Those are beautiful heads of lettuce
So tasty too 😋
😞 those look sad
Very
So many yummy beets. Did you know you can eat the seedlings too? Throw them in salad
I had heard that but didn’t save these ones, I should have! The weeds were so intense around them that it felt like a pain to separate

No shame in your seedling game 😅 way to pivot
Thanks! I’m determined to grow some romas!
The plants have better blankets then I do 😂😢
😅 these are old ones with holes but freshly washed lol
My cat ate the plants I put in
Oh no! I had squirrels dig mine up last year and I kept replanting them every morning it was a nightmare 😩
@@GrowinTO lucky it didn’t just eat them like my cat did
I love it 🥰
Looking good
Thanks!
😅 save the plants! Love the birks and socks 🤣
😅😅 nothing to see here
Looking forward to see how they grow
Nice plants
Thanks!
What a pretty shade of pink
I wish the blooms stayed longer!
Another great video! Your lettuce is doing so well! I also love growing calendula - such a beautiful and versatile plant.
Thank you for your support 💚 this is the best my lettuce has ever done! 🥬
Critter Ridder you say 🤔
It’s still working! We were sitting on the back deck last night and the skunk came into the yard, totally avoided the garden bed, and went under the fence into the neighbours yard. I put a link in the comments if you need any Critter Ridder for your yard. 🤞 it keeps the squirrels out too.
Throw something at it and run 🏃♀️
Haha I tried with a small rock, was like 3 feet away, and almost tripped 😅
I’ve struggled with tomato seedlings too. Keep at it. The rest of them look healthy.
Thanks for the encouragement 💚
That calendula is looking good. So tasty in tea and a pretty flower too.
Thank you!
Agreed! Calendula is a really versatile plant. And its beautiful ❤️

I use an Air horn, one of the Boating ones. They complained about the random Honks, now they Complain aboot a Skunk Tearing up their Garden 😂😂😂
😅 I like your thinking but I live in a big city and think that my neighbours might call the cops. I tried playing coyote howls on my phone but it wasn’t anywhere near loud enough. Critter Ridder eventually worked… or someone else in the neighbourhood found another solution. We’ve been skunk free for a week.
Such a dramatic girl 😂🪴
So true 😅 A little thirsty and she falls apart
Wow it really perked up
It’s looking so healthy now 😊
That's awesome. What gardening zone are you growing in?
I’m in Toronto, Canada which is zone 6 although some people say zone 5 based on the USDA standard.
