Unearthed video of Col. Taylor's mission out of our solar system...
This video graphically looks like it was filmed in 1965. Good job considering it was made in 2023.
Do you have contacts who may be able to assist in making the evidentiary case for a link between the iconic movie franchise and book and the Astrochimps of the late 1940s, 1950s, and early 1960s Planet of the Apes book author Pierre Boulle? Documenting such a link would celebrate the Sci-Fi to historical fact. Much appreciated!
That lovely lieutenant Stewart, the new Eve...with our hot and eager help 😍
Fantastic I have seen it before it should be edited in the original movie
The hell with the scarecrows.
Newsreporter ask Ed how long has he meet Ralph. Ed: About 150 pounds ago !!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I love how Maddox and Brent from Beneath and Hasslein from Escape is mentioned
"Mr. Chambers , don't get on that ship. That book, ' To Serve Man', it' a COOKBOOK!!"😅
Very well done.
Thee lady with thee cracked hibernation tube showed how Woman really looks with out the help of Revlon & Max Factor and Tweezers , beauty bye bye .
Seems legit
3 men and 1 woman, a formula for disaster.
Was this on the dvd? I immediately bought it upon release but I don’t remember this.
This gives alot of Fallout vibs
Should have been Project Horizon.
Love these old government films, lucky you found it!😉👍👍
Excelsior!
this would have been a great flashback scene blurring in as Col taylor was injecting himself with the drug that put him under suspended animation 😮
Best video of its kind, but give credit where credit is due - paradox of the twins is from Einstein.
Amazing movie. I loved it when the bass started thumping and Charleton Heston got his groove on with that chimpanzee. Almost as shocking as when captain Kirk kissed the gorilla on the Enterprise. Landmark moments in TV history.👍
Pure Genius Thanks for posting
As a kid, I had a crush on the chimp women.
Oh he'll get it all right !!!
One of my favorite movies, but even as a kid I wondered how this project ever got funding. Governments aren't big on shoveling mountains of money into something they'll never see the fruits of.
Really well done, though I wish filmmakers who wanted to make retro looking films would use real film and real 16mm cameras instead of altering digital footage to try to look like film.
Did they bring enough bananas?
Carney Gleason 2 comedy genius
Still fantastic and funny after all these years 😁😁😁
LOVE IT!! A masterpiece!!!
I like the very retro look of the video…..extremely well done!!!!
I think I can guarantee that if weight jokes were like that towards a woman, there’d be a really sad serious soap opera moment towards this. It sure as heck happened like that on The Golden Girls. It was like watching a soap opera version of The Honeymooners.
The whole idea of sending astronauts 2000 years into the future "to benefit mankind," makes no sense at all. 1. We have no idea what Earth is like 2000 years in the future. It could be good or bad. 2. Sending astronauts to the Future does not benefit our present timeline in any way.
Loved how there was a glitch in the film at Brent’s first name. As we never learned that in BTPOTA.
If only we had achieved this with Mars. We haven't because we are still at the stage of stone age man of fighting each other all be it with far better weapons. Greed , hunger , war, famine still dominate because those in power wish it so , only when we have moved on will we truly leave our planet.
I grew up watching this and they make me laugh 😅🤣😅
If you go four light-years away at close to the speed of light, two thousand years would not pass in normal space. Slightly more than four years would pass for everyone else, and your trip would be substantially shorter.
Dodge died pretty early, not suprising since it's a movie from the 60's.
Didn't know this existed. Thanks
I LOVE THIS SPACE SHIP, HOWEVER ASTRONAUT STEWARD WAS BETTER OFF DIEING IN HER SLEEP UNLIKE THE FATE OF HER CREWMEN .🎞🎬🎞🎬🎞🎬📽📽🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍
People think that mission is fake. Lol.
deleted scene?
Haha very good. Well done.I was expecting the guy to break character and crack a joke but he didnt.Loved the rare photos
Liberty or death.
The first movie should have been the last movie. It was okay, but not remotely i a league with Tarkovsky's 'Solaris' or '2001.' The rest of them are like trying to repeatedly get high with an empty bong. They suck.
Reminds me a little of Citizen Kane's newsreel opening.
Good thinkin'
Why don’t you shut up !! You were the blabbermouth that started this whole thing !!
