    I have struggled with anxiety since middle school and as an adult it unfortunately remains a struggle for me. I'm hoping that learning how to journal properly will help reduce my anxiety. Thank you for the journaling tips

      Literally no different than using any other cooking oil. Chicken fat is super common in dishes all around the world

    Looks soooo good. But honestly I feel like I always see how groceries are always messed up using instacart and such. I don’t like wasting food, or having too much. I would go insane if I got 7lbs of carrots and only ordered a half pound 😅😂 I try not to be a Karen, but the cost of food and the way I buy and prep, there is no way I could ever use things like this to shop. Not to mention the molded rotten food I’ve saw people have taken straight out of the bag it was delivered in, not on a video either, but with my own eyes. Videos I tend not to believe 100% just because, but seeing it with my own eyes….yeah I’ll go have that panic attack in the crowd at the grocery store. But anyway…. Again this looks super delicious ❤❤❤❤

      tbh most of the time I'm with you but I was super sick with the flu and couldn't go out to get groceries when I placed this order 😪 it's a super useful accessibility tool for people who might not be able to get to the store too! But I've had soooo many wrong orders

      It's this one here: a.co/d/2cwvopE Nowadays I actually recommend Archer & Olive notebooks because the paper in Leuchtturms is very thin and ink bleeds through easily. But they're still a good starter notebook!

    I love this! This is so simple yet so in detail. I always had trouble journaling as I either got bored or it got too much. But this actually helps me a lot to get started and it seems fun to do for my anxiety.

      Thank you!! I can't believe it took me so long to see your comment but I'm just using Crayola Supertips - they're my favorite for journaling because they don't really bleed through the paper unless you draw over the same area several times, and they're super affordable 💕

    I found this very helpful. A few of the things you mentioned, I was already doing, but others were very new and I'm going to try them out. I particularly like the idea of using affirmations and even using a page to call out cognitive distortions.
