I am a maker, a natural healer, and I'm deeply passionate about creating beautiful nourishing products for people who need a little time out for themselves. With a background in skin care (licensed aesthetician) as well as mental health (mental health worker for marginalized communities) .. and having experienced my own traumas and burnout in recent years, now more than ever do I truly understand the meaning of self-care. This is now a gift I'd like to bring to you.

Make a handmade Pumpkin & Spice soap with me using pumpkin puree | A creative journey for self care
Scrub that tub, and get out your coziest pyjamas. Autumn is here baby!!
Join me as I make a Pumpkin & Spice soap using real pumpkin puree. Spoiler alert it smells absolutely wonderful!
Makers tips: Use your favourite soap recipe then add 1tsp-1tbsp of Paprika per pound of oils (depending on how dark you want it) Infusing then straining it allows for it to be a smooth oil mixture as opposed to grainy. Same measurement for the pumpkin just be sure to discount the water you use to make up for the puree. The fragrance oil I used has vanilla in it, so if you use one similar it will darken your soap.
Also disclaimer: Go light on the Cinnamon topping as it can be an irritant to skin.
And ALWAYS wear your protective gear when handling lye.
