Hello, will this item work with 2008 US spec C216 CL-Class with NTG 3.0? The car is equipped with Harman Kardon and Aux.

BUT, does the MMI have to have bluetooth as a option in the menu?

The key piece of missing video is the connection from the head unit LVDS (Gray) cable to the Mr12Volt LVDS out (purple) cable. I also found it interesting that at the beginning of the video, they state "Please keep power off during the installation" yet, at about 1:50 in the video, the key seems to be in position 2 as dash and climate controls are clearly lit up... I have not done the installation yet and I have sent a note to Mr12Volt on the "power" question about a week ago, no response to date...

Hello. When music plays via your device, what happens with audio if user presses the 360 camera button? Does it stop, or does it play in background? Same question, when shifter set to Reverse. Can the device audio play in background, while out of the TV menu? For example, I go out of TV menu to Vehicle Settings, etc. Thanks.

I watched the video several times before the installation to familiarise myself, then put it on 0.75x speed and paused it regularly. In reality it's not that easy to disconnect the fibre optic cable from the USB unit without discounting the unit to find the release tab. The daughter-board installation part is good and well filmed, but reattaching the main loom to the new cables is very poor - there are 3 fibre optics plugs that can connect to any of the 3 connectors on the new loom and it's almost impossible to see what they're plugging into what. After lots of pause and rewind I got there. In the end the whole process took 2 hours including hunting for the Mlink software to connect. Mr12volt supplies a great bit of kit but awful instructions. You can download a wiring diagram but why don't they just put it in the box? And why no link or QR code for the Mlink software?
