You should also do a video about Blue Lock as well, the Japanese used the authors designs for their new uniforms.

Thank you for the video. Still some constructive comment, the theme of the video only really starts at 6:39, halfway of the video length. The intro you did could have been done in 2 minutes. You should have focused more on the topic or reduced the time-frame of it. Thanks for the attention and have a peaceful day!

The reason Brazilian coaches are bad is that Brazil won 5 world cups with INDIVIDUAL TALENT. Historically, Brazil produces the best players in the world, who solve games alone, who dismantle defenses with dribbles, tables, magical moves. For this reason the country has not evolved tactically. Leaving aside the study of the game. Accommodated with individual talent. Countries that suffered from Brazilian quality, such as the Argentines and Italians for decades, are improving tactically, studying new ways, improving themselves while Brazil has stopped in time. Now Brazil no longer even has great players and the coaches are tactically outdated.

Yes. Our management is poor at best. We have always backed ourselves on the sheer talent of our players. But now, that brazilian players arent developed in Brazil anymore, since we sell them at academy age, thats all gone and we have nobody to play brazilian way or manage them.

This video is really wrong about RELATIONISM. The real problem, as said before, is the huge number of coachs changes, that makes inovation impossible. In fact, say that European football is better because of the posicional play makes no sense at all. It's better developed because they have time to do their jobs. Other very important fact is the *CALENDAR*: we lost 4 months of our time for minor competions in each state, increasing the number of games with more 20 matches. Almost every game is slow because everybody is tired. By season the teams play 70+ games.

The main issue is Brazilian culture, people are blinded by fanatism and want immediate results and short-term successes, treating the sport like their life depends on it, it genuinely annoys me how deluded people over here are. there’s no point trying to implement tactical innovations and long-term good football when every loss or tie is treated like a humiliation by the 0 ball-knowledge fans. this results in the CBF coaching license losing credibility because at first glance it seems that nothing useful and innovative is taught there, when in reality we don’t even get to see the full outcome of the studies there because the managers get fired in like 20 games, thus explaining why we rarely see Brazilian managers working in Europe now. Hopefully this helped

I think one thing you might have missed here was the gigantic influence Zico had in Japan aswell. As you know, Zico is one of the greatest midfielders to ever grace the game. At the end of his footballing carrer he decided to go to Japan. Later on becoming *the* Embassator of the sport in the country. To this day he is regarded as one of the most importaint people in the growth of Japanese Football.

I heard things like Captain Tsubasa was televised in many countries including some of the stricter ones that basically ban foreign entertainments on TV. They just swapped the national flag, making it for their own. So some people don't even know (probably to this date) Captain Tsubasa is from Japan. BTW great work.

Lol, here in Argentina, managers last 3 to 5 matches if they lose. Brazilians don’t have good managers because they are really fucking bad in the real world. In the American fantasy of Pelé being like a god, it may sound stupid, but they are soooo bad. They always need foreigners in their teams, even Argentinian managers. Their teams are full of Uruguayans, Argentinians, and Colombians. Again, it may sound stupid, but football in Brazil is more like something to pass the time, nothing else. It is something special, but not so passionate. (That doesn’t mean they don’t go to their own stadiums and react with violence.) They don’t go to the stadium for away matches, they don’t travel to see their teams, even in the finals. But I will recognize that they can produce talents like Rivaldo, Ronaldo, Neymar, and Ronaldinho. When they are not just sporadic one-season wonders, they are players that mark an era. But as a manager, you can’t tell anything to that kind of player. Even Cruyff couldn’t say anything to a genius like Rivaldo.

All three of the top teams that played Copa America in 2024 (Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay), had Argentinian coaches. Furthermore, there were 7 argentinian coaches in that tournament, that means tha almost half of the participating teams had an argentinian coach. I haven't checked how it is right now, but I remember the previous year, of the 10 teams in Conmebol, 8 had an argentinian coach. To date, Brazil remains the only team that hasn't had one. Argentina itself, has only once during the first half of the 20th century had a non-argentinian Coach.
