Hey, I love this video presentation even though I skipped around to parts I thought I would enjoy more. However, I had a difficult time reconciling the universal remote example. Here is why: 1. The remote is an input device for your TV, and the universal remote (design) predates smart TVs. 2. Smart TV remotes are specifically designed for TVs with a different screen interface. Some even use voice input. 3. Smart TV remotes are simpler because the TV interface is more user-friendly - not needing all the buttons of a universal remote. 4. I don't understand why there is an example of universal remotes in the absence of the TV interface for which it was designed. It would have been interesting to compare universal remotes relative to their TV interface. Showing us which remotes did the best job in allowing users to interact with the TV interface would have been more compelling for me.
