Understanding the Difference Between a Medical Referral Lead and a Digital Lead
Whenever we start working with a new client at HIP Creative, one of the first questions we always ask involves where their customers are coming from. Are they handling incoming digital leads most of the time, or are the vast majority of patients coming by way of referrals from other doctors?
Where that potential patient is coming from will heavily impact how you should treat them. That doesn't mean that you should provide one with a greater level of care over the other, it simply means that one is more comfortable and prepared to come into your office and one could be shopping and checking out your competition.
